This may be an odd question.
I have been emailing a concierge at Bellagio who has been great in helping with my request and just makes things so easy.
Is there a way to offer her a "token of my appreciation" for all she's done? Since I do not see her I am not sure how to go about offering her a tip.
I thought perhaps when we arrive I could somehow get something to her but I just don't want someone walking off with it and not getting it to her.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

She's doing her job, a letter to her supervisor commending her would suffice.

Send her another e-mail & let her know that you'd love to stop by and say hello & thank her for all of her help. Ask her where & when you might find her.

    Good luck...

I like that idea and perhaps will try that when the time gets closer. Would be nice to meet them face to face.

Get a nice Thank You card and stick a $25 or so gift-card in it. If you can't give it to her personally, someone at the Concierge desk will see she gets it. I do this often... the concierge at the Hard Rock has done me many favors... he's the best!

I talked to a concierge at the Bellagio a few months ago. When I checked in at the FD, the FD agent excused herself and got the concierge I spoke to, who had the show tickets I requested. This was a perfect time to tip her.
