Can you give us non bacc players some context about how you'd play that? I see a lot of streaks, so is it just betting the previous winner and pressing? The few times I've played that is sort of what I did but didn't press much.

I would like to get more into baccarat.....or badminton.

 

Shifter, I'm surprise that you have not gotten your limits raised? I know you swing for the fences. So I know you was betting $20k a hand. And trust me I wish I was as aggressive as you are. At how often you play you should have gotten your Max amount raised. And at that shoe you should have made 7 figures.

they only raise your limit to 7% of CL. so you have to have a 300k+ CL.

one of the big reasons they have table limits is to keep people like me from taking $5k and turning it into 10M+ by doubling and doubling on a shoe like that.

I was pressing good, but not 20. it was the first shoe of the trip, so I'm always a little gun shy.

also, I quit after the 2/1/2 on the small road broke. I hadn't lost a hand and figured I'd quit while I was ahead and not risk giving it back.

then I came back 20 min later and the banker run was happening, so I got back in. so I didn't hit the whole shoe.

sure it could have been more, but I'll take a 6 figure shoe to start the trip any time.

I was at The Rivers in Chicago and Horseshoe in Hammond in 2012 they had $200 min to $200,000 max at a Blackjack table and One Baccarat table. I asked if any one can bet that and they said yes if you have the chips we will book the bet. No advance approval needed. I Shreveport they will go up to $25k in Baccarat and $50k in Craps for me. I didn't ask at the Beau since it was at $20k or $25k already.

That is high enough for me. The way you pound it Shifter I think you could take Rivers or Horseshoe down on a good shoe for 7 figures easy.

I'm there to have fun and do not pound it like you anymore. I use to long ago got on a run had them raise the limit and then lost the next three hands in a row on the new table max. After that have never asked again. That was hard kick in the nuts. Don't get me wrong I also won before with the Max and had them raise it and bet the max and won, but after the big lost I guess it took the wind out of me.

This was over 10 years ago but I was able to get Casar's to let me got to $30k a hand and the posted max was $20k
