Looking for that authentic American experience, eh? The one outside of Harrah's has the best location and the one across the street from the Riv offers the full experience, drive-thru and all.

Not the one at Excalibur, the set up is horrible.

There is one on the south end of the strip that has everything, drive thru, play place, etc...

From the outside, the one next to Harrah's looks the coolest. For sheer size and state of the art (at the time of opening anyway) Viva McDonald's on the north strip would
get my vote. LCD panels, modern styling, and the size of that place (8000+ square feet). If I had never set foot in a McDonalds, that would be the one I would visit.

There are a shitload of McDonalds in China and except for a couple unique menu items and sauces they are the same thing. Tame their expectations if they are expecting anything different here than what they get back home.

The one by The STRAT is the one I would take them to. I cant find an image of it but it is a vintage McDonalds.

This is going to seem funny, but we went to the one by Harrah's late at night. No, I wasn't that drunk. I remember the fries being about the best I have ever had at a McDonald's. The fries were fresh and almost crispy, how I like them. I was disappointed that I wasn't hungry enough to finish them!!

The best one IMO is what others have said...........upstairs next to Harrah's. They have a security guard to protect and serve you, has an ambiance looking out towards Caesars/Mirage, and if sitting outside at the tables you have the unique pleasure of bird watching......:wink2:

Fresh fries are the best. Unfortunately their fries also have a terrible "half-life". At least that Harrah's location has a lot of volume to keep making their fries fresh.

And now thanks to Funkhouser, I might have to make an effort to go to that one he linked :grrr:... at least I was planning to stop in at Circus Circus this upcoming trip...

McD's next to slots o fun (circus circus) has some great history. I recommend the 2 cheeseburger meal with Hi-C orange.

McDonalds works very hard to keep the quality and product uniform across their empire. So, in that regard, all McDonalds are CLOSE to equal.

The best McDonalds in Vegas is the one near you.

The Fitz/D McD's has been very good to me (to the tune of about 3k from the bank of WoF machines by the door). On the strip the Monte Carlo seems to have the most normal prices.

When I stay at Aria that's usually where I'll go for breakfast. Some of the items there are cheaper than the McDonalds in my hometown.

    Monte Carlo.

Really, the best McDonalds is the one you can find while drunk.
