Question regarding getting to and from Orleans Casino on Friday Feb 6th. It says they have a shuttle to/from the Strip. I am staying at Bally's. Does anyone know the exact pickup/dropff point for the shuttle on the Strip. My other option is basically Monorail to MGM and cab from there. Just seeing what my options are.

The shuttle pick up for the Orleans is right there at Ballys unless they have just changed the pick up drop off point. The shuttle pick up/drop off is just outside the side (Flamingo Rd) door.

Used it twice on our stay at the Orleans earlier this month. As stated above Bally's is the strip dropoff point.

It picks up at Bally's right outside the food court.

Since the monorail isn't free, if you do take a cab, I think it would be better just to get the cab between Bally's and Orleans. Also, look at the shuttle schedule. I don't know the latest that you want to use it, but sometimes they stop running at a certain time of the night. No big deal as you can just take a cab for that one-way trip.

It's the last of a 4 day trip. I will have my pass activated for the monorail from myvegas so that is the only reason I was considering monorailing to MGM. But the shuttle stopping at Bally's will take care of that. I am going for a 7:30 event so I should make it back before they shut down the shuttle for the night. I will definitely check the schedule though.

Yep, it's at Bally's outside the food court. Just be aware there is another shuttle bus stop at Bally's a little closer to the strip for another shuttle. We've used that shuttle a lot.

Is that 2nd shuttle the Total Rewards one or a different property?

just a heads up, last time we used that shuttle on Jan 14, the shuttle driver told us they were planning on changing the strip pick up spot to the forum shops at caesars instead of Ballys. I don't know if they actually did or not. Give yourself some time to get over to the forum shops just in case they have changed it. Anyways, could you confirm the pick up spot for me after your trip? I would love to know for sure.

the other shuttle (the one closer to the strip out the side doors near check in) is the total rewards one that goes to the Rio.

I should have plenty of time, I am going over to Orleans around 230-3 to have lunch and gamble a little before the 730 game. I will definitely be taking the shuttle back (and probably both ways) so I will let you know where the drop off point is

just so you are aware of all your options, if the Orleans shuttle is no longer at Bally's, and you get the total rewards shuttle to the Rio, the Gold Coast is next door to the Rio, and they have a shuttle to the Orleans (just an option-I wouldn't bother given the time it would take)

As Vegasfan wrote, the TR shuttle stops higher up the hill than the Orleans shuttle. The airport shuttle also stops "up the hill". The TR shuttle boards by player's card rank so if you have a premium card, have it ready.

I just read on another thread that someone just back confirmed that the orleans shuttle pick up is still at Ballys at the food court/sportsbook entrance.
