    THIS.

I abhor country music and cowboys, but I will suffer those to get the wings there.

Not to mention the uniforms of the nice female servers are reason to suffer through the country music.

    Men,
I realize that we all have different tastes in wings although let me describe perfect buffalo wings (in my opinion) and what specifically I am looking for and the group of guys I am going with would not mind if downtown vegas is the destination vs the strip:
an original buffalo wing: small (yes - i wrote small), super crispy (extremely tough to find a place that actually knows how long to fry them) with a great buffalo sauce (i'm talking about the original durkey's hot sauce with butter), good blue cheese and ice cold celery that boarders on white celery). If I coudc bring my own fryer; I would cook for everybody interested and guarantee those exact wings (if you like that type - original). Help. 10 men are counting on me. Thanks

I forgot.....NO breading and yes; I know about hooter's with no breading and their TMI sauce is good if mixed at the table to verify crispiness prior to mix.....zip-lock bags accompany my every trip to ensure a true mix

That's the one reason I love Hooters wings. They are breaded. I can get regular wings at any bar on any street where I live.

Thanks for the tip at Toby Keith's. I've had wings in vegas maybe three or four times, but none recently. Will be nice to grab some with a beer

I make really good wings, or the way I like them, at my small restaurant and everyone loves them, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside - deep fried, sauced, seasoned, and baked. If I could find them in Vegas, I'd love to have some wings there. However, I'm always scared to order wings because I hate when places just make the wings and then toss them in sauce - slimy and gross in my opinion.

I had take-out wings from Holstein's at the Cosmo during the Conference Championship games on Jan 18th, they were tasty.

Todd English has surprisingly good wings during their $1 happy hour. Also, they have excellent bloody mary's.

I would like to here other opinions of these wings.

For a healthy meal the grilled asparagus goes well.

Hooters used to have the best about 8 years ago when it was .25 a wing past midnight. Since they ended that and removed the restaurant that did it, I haven't searched enough to find any better than my local spots in San Francisco.
