I delivered pizzas for Domino's when I was in college. Most people were very nice but you had a few folks that tried to cause trouble. We banned a few places/people from ordering from us due to their continuing drama. The pizza place should have banned them before this incident.

What we have here is a failure to communicate. Unless the customer says keep the change the delivery guy should hand him back the $7 and hopefully the guy gives him part of that.

I agree in most cases, but the tab was $42 and change. They paid with two twenties and two fives. Since two twenties and one five would have covered the bill, most anyone would assume the extra five was intended to be a tip. It's a stretch to fault the driver in any way in this particular instance. I commend him for keeping his cool with that room full of wasted human skin.

Internet justice can be vicious. If you look at the dealership's Yelp page, it only had 2 reviews prior to this video leaking, now it has over 1800 reviews ripping the place to shreds. The girl in the video was apparently fired. Someone set up a GoFundMe page for the delivery guy and its raised over 15k for him.

This looks like a small dealership so hopefully they'll be smart enough to change their name. Because otherwise their Google presence will be sullied by this forever.

Trent: Um... a malt Glen Garry for me and my friend here. And if you tell that bartender to go extra easy on the water, this 50 cent piece has your name on it.
