I have not been to Vegas in 10 years so need come help picking out a restaurant for my 60th birthday dinner.
Was thinking of Giada's restaurant at The Cromwell
Venetian- B&B Ristorante, Carnevino, and Cut.
    Caesars-where I am staying-Rao's

Has anyone eaten at these places or any other suggestions.

    Thanks Everyone

I've eaten at Giada's, and I highly recommend that. It was my husband's favorite meal in Vegas, and in my top 3 (bit of a Sophie's choice thing, I can't pick a favorite). I don't have experience at any of the others you are considering.

Rao's is an excellent choice with out a doubt.
May I suggest Gordon Ramsays pub and grill which is also in Caesars. Maybe Top of the world the restaurant in Stratosphere .

I would chose B & B over Rao's, Cut over Carnevino, and Giada over them all. Dinner reservations can be difficult to obtain so reserve early.

Craftsteak at MGM Grand........so far the best restaurant we have had in over 12 years of visiting Vegas......however, we are looking forward to Giada's for my brides birthday.

I'd recommend Giada's. If you use the Open Table app, I'd book your reservation through there and in the special notes/instructions area, state that it's your 60th Birthday... Enjoy!

Thanks everyone. Looks like I am thinking of Giada's. How early should I book reservations. Its for May 31. Should I call the restaurant directly or book on website. Any table to ask for? We are both Italian so our expectations are high.

I don't think it's ever to early to secure a reservation. I would book directly and let them know it's for a special celebration and I would request a table near the window to enjoy the lovely views. Note that the windows may be open, so be prepared for that. Summer it can get a bit warm, but end of May should be ok.

Of your list, I've only been to Raos. I would go with another on your list. I wasn't impressed.
