You have your favorite haunts, winning not being a factor, where do you play that has your favorite crews? Day or night?

Seeing I'm a night stalker it would be night and CR used to be my fav crew, Harrahs last trip had taken over as the enjoyable place to play.

    What about you?

4am to noon shift at Cosmo. I have been playing with these guys since 2011, and we have several running jokes.

I always enjoy the guys on afternoon at PH. Always engaging in conversation and knowledgeable of the game, so it is a good time.

I know we've talked about this before, are you referring to either the crew with Steve or the Russian lady?

The only places that I experience poor dealers are Hoosters (once) but great another time.
MGM - played a few times. Never had good dealers.
    NYNY - hit or miss.
Most dealers are pretty good especially if you make a few bets for them.

Downtown, I always have a good time with the dealers at Golden Gate.

Larry at Sam's Town is also a character - he looks like the Heat Miser (too much time with a blow dryer and Aqua net for a guy in his late 50's) and it's hilarious because they always seem to be training some new Asian dealers there and you can tell it just grates on him how incompetent they are sometimes.

2 options.. and at 2 different ends of the spectrum... The dealers at Binions and those at the Bellagio.

    What shift is he on?
I've played there both Swing and Grave and none of the dealers there stand-out to me...(but they may hate young looking players there; as I look 16, lol)

Afternoon crew at PH. If there are no ladies present, they will throw in a dirty joke or two. Keeps the atmosphere fun.

Day shift at Aria and swing shift at Cosmopolitan are the ones I find most enjoyable. I just wish I liked gambling more at Cosmopolitan overall, because I inevitably get stuck at the table with that one grumpy boxman at Aria in the evening.

Bellagio I actually find to be pretty boring. They're competent enough, but it's just not as much of a fun vibe as I tend to get at Aria. Mirage is the worst, not because of the crew, but because the tables get empty after a 7-out or two faster than any other place I've been to. Nobody who visits that place seems to have ever heard of variance.

Best craps crew? Just wait for White Castle to open at Casino Royale and a bachelor party to roll through...

All great places, best as in making your play time there enjoyable.
As in dealers that act as if they are into their work and welcome your business.

I like when you get two dealers who don't necessarily like each other and the guys working the end of the table will encourage you to just toss your chips to the center to piss off the guy working the middle of the table. I was at Golden Gate one year and the guy working the end was a bit grumpy - you know the type "Just set your chips down sir, please don't throw them" because he didn't want to have to clean up chips splashing all over the place. When he moved to the middle, the guy on our end (Maybe named Sean - bald white guy) would encourage us to just throw chips in the middle for our hard ways, etc. to piss off the grumpy dealer: "Just toss them over there - it's your money and you're here to have fun!" I was dying laughing.
