This question has probably been asked before, but I cant find any good data with it......

What type of tier credits are folks seeing between CET & MLIFE with slots and Table games with the same type of rating ?

    What I mean is this.....

Say you play $200 dollar average at both MLIFE and CET, what type of credits/comps do you earn towards your tier status ?

Not counting bonuses that CET gives out, it seems like its easier to get to Gold with MGM than it is Plat with CET ? Is this accurate....

Anyone with data have any proof ?

    Thanks guys & gals

Even if you play slots or VP it is easier to get MLife "Gold" versus Total Rewards "Platinum"

Most people assume that because MLife "Gold" is the third tier that its better and harder to get than TR "Platinum" and more on par with TR "Diamond" as far as status goes (which is TR's 3rd tier) but its not.

    Auggie... Good stuff.....

I made Plat no issues... almost had diamond... i had zero bonuses... earned it the old fashion way LOL.....

What would that = in MLIFE ?

I am thinking about giving MLIFE some play this trip to see what they will give me....

    Any info is greatly appreciated...

I'm not sure about specific numbers, but it's clear that CET is much more stingy with tier credits for table games players than MGM. I play tables exclusively and have only obtained platinum at CET once. Granted, when in Vegas 90% or more of my play is at MGM properties. I do make trips to the Horseshoe in Hammond, IN multiple times per year and bet $200-$400/hand as a base and sometimes get north of $1k. Still no diamond.

The image below tells you what you need to know.

    MLife.jpg

As far as what Auggie said, I think most tier matching programs see MLife Gold as the equivalent to CET Diamond and MLife Platinum as the equivalent to 7 Stars. At least, this has been my experience.

But, MLife Gold is worth squat, IMO.

Interesting. I've never played at a MGM property. Maybe I'll swing by next week. Suggested property for Craps or BJ?

My observation is that 1 TC with Total Rewards is equal to about 10 TCs with mlife....with respect to table games. With the same level of table play, I generally see 10x more points at mlife. It's all relative though, since the Tiers at mlife are multiples of TCs higher than TR.

I think your answer is in your post. $200-$400/ hand is a decent size average bet, but if you only play 10% of the time at CET, you aren't generating much theo. My average bet is probably $200-250. I generally earn anywhere between 1200 and 2700 tier credits/day (pre bonus). Over 4 days, I would more than earn Diamond status.

sin... great data point there... thats what I am trying to figure out.... I had about 14k TC with CET the end of the year... mainly 2 trips to vegas, and no bonuses.....

so that would be about 140k with MLIFE...

As a table player (craps about 80%, then VP 15% and 5% slots) I should probably see what MGM will do for me :)

I do sprinkle with some roulette and 3CP, but I dont like being rated because it screws up that $200/avg with craps when i bet 40 bucks a hand LOL

Is all of your play in Vegas? I feel like my play at CET in Vegas is more lucrative than play in Hammond at the same level.

If you're staying at PHo, try Aria or Bellagio. Both are right across the street and both have much larger craps and BJ pits than PHo. You won't have trouble finding a game you are interested in

Yes, the bulk of my play is in Vegas. I don't have a local CET property. I might play once a year in AC for a few days, but I definately put in more hours in Vegas.

Yep. Arriving at MGM on Sunday, although I plan to run up to JS at Aria for lunch on Sunday. But otherwise I will probably be south strip this whole trip. Then returning the Friday before SB at Aria!

I'd love to take a rain check on that. I won't be in tow for SB this year. Crazy time at work for me. However if Indy makes it I will be going to Phoenix.
