Does anyone know of a way to get in contact with a REAL person, in America, at Bally/ShuffleMaster?
I contacted Roger Snow, but he never got back to me...
I'm trying to locate a casino that still has the ShuffleMaster TableMaster Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em machine...
The last known one to exist in Vegas, was at the Tropicana, but they converted it over to a Royal Match-21 unit...
Which makes this even harder, because I've found a LOT of places with the Royal Match-21 unit...but I KNOW that Bally/ShuffleMaster has to keep a Master License List for which casinos have paid for which product....
Anyone have any ideas? (or know of one of these machines still in existence?)
I don't care WHERE in the USA, I'm willing to travel! (yes, I love the game THAT much, and I realize its no different than the live table; but I have my reasons)

What makes you think there are still any out there ? And how would a person identify the difference ?

Are the two machines you are referencing video poker machines? I'm not familiar. What's the payback %?

Well...I'm NOT sure there are...but there ARE Royal Match-21 TableMaster units, so I assume there could be some UTH TableMaster units...
The difference would be obvious....and really the list would be kept by Bally/SHFL, because casino employees would be too inept to know...

This is what it looks like, with the second picture, the same UNIT, only converted to a "Royal Match-21" ROM (same cabinet, as pictured in the first picture)

I only recall seeing that unit (Blackjack version) at the old Sahara and Rio. Never saw an Ulimate Texas Hold'em version...how many do you think were ever operating in Vegas?

    At one point, six.
I also know there was one in lake Tahoe (at Horizon).
I'm HOPING that when Hard Rock opens (in it's place), they put the TableMaster units back in place.
    I hear maybe Blackhawk, CO...
