I purchased one once, $50 food for $25 for a local restaurant. No problem redeeming it. I'm not a coupon person so I didn't do it again, even though it was a great deal. Read the fine print. Many have conditions and expiration dates and only use well established businesses as there is a no refund policy I think.

Used a groupon for the High Roller and for Madame Tussaud's on my last visit. Used one for the Firefly restaurant on the prior visit. No problems with any of them.

I've probably used 20 Groupon coupons this year with zero problems. Their phone app is very convenient and works great. If you do let one expire, the face value is still good for a decent amount of time.

I have used countless Groupons over many years with nary a problem. Should the restaurant/show/etc. close, Groupon will issue a credit for a future purchase for the $ amount that you paid.

I've purchased many for both shows and restaurants....no problems whatsoever and great customer service.
