Staying at Harrah's this weekend, and considering taking in the Big Elvis show at 2pm on Monday.

    1. Do we need to get there early to get a seat (2 people)?
    2. Are drinks reasonably priced....for a casino?
    3. Is there VP at the bar?

I'm rather impatient, and getting somewhere real early to stake out my territory is not Vegas fun for me. Appreciate any advice you can give!

yes, there is VP at the bar, if someone is in the seat and not playing you can ask the bartender to have them move as it says the seats are for players.
i sit there all the time..tip the bartender a incoln and he'll be your friend. ;)
here's tip..there's a bar right outside the door at the front of carnaval court where you get less pricey drinks

Well Big Elvis was not in the building on Monday, so no joy. Thanks for the tips.

last time i was there, they didn't let us enter the bar with outside drinks. maybe they've lightened up on that a bit though.

No need to get there much earlier than than when the show starts. One drink minimum, $7 for a Heineken, etc.
Nice show, mostly older and many will stand up and dance, get a picture with Elvis. Me and my wife did, still have it laying around our family room, my kids can't believe, understand, LOL
Great way to spend 45 min to an hour.
