We are staying at the Aria for the first time this January....

While we are excited at staying there, our experiences at the casino were less than great.

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are about the Casino at Aria....??

Like anything else, it's where you feel "lucky".

My primary "comp" destination has lower minimums to "make" my comp, so I can get in play at other casinos without worry.

Of all the mLife casinos, Aria is the only one that I am "up" at, but then again, I have the "least" play there.

I know other people win there, but I can't seem to. Stayed there twice, visited several times - nada, zippo, nothing. They give me great offers, which I'm unlikely to ever use.

I really enjoy the Aria casino for a number of reasons: its very airy and well ventilated; I like the décor; there are several good dealers who I enjoy playing with (some bad ones too, but that's every casino); and the high limit rooms are very good

When Aria first opened, I was not a fan. I felt the boomerang shape of the casino floor was too much walking to get from one end to the other. I thought the dealers were too uptight. I thought that low rollers were looked down on.

Fast forward to the past year or two and I now find it my favorite casino. I still cannot book a solid win there, but compared to before, I feel everything has improved! Dealers are more personable, even to us low level players. The pit seems more friendly. Probably the best collection of food of any casino...may not have the overall best single restaurant, but collectively...the best! As UK mentioned, air is fresh...this is becoming more and more important to me.

I've never cared much for the casino at Aria. I reminds me too much of gambling in a root cellar.

The hotel, however, is one of the architectural wonders of the world. The design, the materials, the details, the construction quality are all beyond compare. It's simply a marvel. I find myself running my hands over the surfaces of the walls, they're so attractive, interesting, and compelling. And how about the three-story indoor waterfall by the north valet? Come to think of it, every water feature there is a brilliant work or art. Does any other hotel have a Henry Moore or Klaus Oldenburg sculpture on site? (Answer: NO!) There's plenty of imitation this and faux that in Las Vegas, but Aria has the real stuff. A magnificent building in every respect.

I like high-ceiling casinos like Aria and Palazzo, although I've had middling luck at both until I had a big slot hit at Aria on my last trip. I also used to always play at a handful of tables and machines at Aria, but started exploring more areas on the last trip and liked it even more.

Always loved the hotel. The only thing I don't like about Aria is looking at those two ugly condo/apartment buildings across I-15 when your room is on the west side.

I've only played there once and generally liked it. I liked the light (or lack thereof) in the space. The dealers I had were generally good. The regular was good, swing was a little to be desired, but I guess that's par for the course with swing dealers. About the only thing I didn't care for was the cage location towards the back of the room and some of the service received there. Can't wait to give it a more thorough testing in about a month with a stay there.

I like both the hotel and the casino. If you are a slot player the air is sucked downward from the slots so that nearby smokers have little influence. It is the cleanest air quality of all I think.

No luck on the card tables for me but I've done very well at craps there as well as high limit slots. The hotel rooms are nice, restaurants outstanding with one exception: I think the 550 Pizza sucks. Greasy, overpriced and tasteless. Will give you the shizzles.

Buffet: Lunch is way better than dinner.

    Enjoy your stay!

I can't say I've won there, but I've had fun. They didn't hassle me for being lit in the high limit slot room. Poker room is nice, if intimidating. They have a Twilight Zone slot machine, which is my gold standard for slot rooms :p. I don't really play table games, but I'm sure they start high. Drink service is good, was even offered massage service in the AM while playing Plants vs Zombies, so, attentive staff. Not too smokey, decent lighting, I do prefer to lose at Cosmo though.

Aria is my favorite casino on the strip by far. The tables are well spaced, the room is well ventilated, it has a great vibe, the dealers are good and friendly and the servers are mostly supermodels.

There is a bunch of stuff to like about Palazzo and Wynn, but Aria is always my favorite.

Also, now they have a custom microbrew they serve which is great. Extra double points.

Love the casino. Probably my favorite on the Strip, both for design and service. There are one or two grumpy boxmen in the craps pit, but they're outliers (and one or two is fewer than most Strip properties); the dealers are great, and the cocktail waitresses are fantastic, especially at the blackjack tables. There are usually $15 tables to be found, and if you're willing to go up a little, there's a S17 shoe game that gets down to $25 in the mornings/afternoons ($50+ in the evenings), which I realize doesn't begin to compare to the off-Strip and lower-limit properties, but is nothing to sneeze at for a high-end place. And I also like that the elevators are right off the main floor, as are plenty of decent restaurants that are open late, along with Lift Bar, which has great bartenders and also 9/5 JoB at the $1 level.

We stayed and played there in April and really enjoyed it! Did better on slots than cards, and did very well in high limit. Love the pizza place, killer slices there. Good cocktail service, nicely poured drinks. We really liked the vibe here and will stay again in the future. We have an opportunity for a comped room at Caesar's, so we going to give it a try this time, but probably back to Aria next time.

When I was there last, the room was DEAD. I didn't even bother going in and just played UTH instead. Is it normally pretty lively and I caught it at a bad time?

I don't usually play baccarat, but I frequent Lemongrass each trip, which is right outside the baccarat space, and it always seemed pretty full to me. I'll defer to others who actually spend time in the room, though.

I tried playing the slots at Aria a couple times on one trip when I wasn't staying there. unless there is a better way to access it, it seemed like we were walking forever through the crystals shopping area, then through the big lobby area before we actually could get to the casino. Once there, it was quite dark and a pretty dull atmosphere in the slots area. They seemed to have lots of variety, but we couldn't get any play value on the machines, it just sucked it. We found PH was quicker and easier access from Cosmo, and an atmosphere we enjoyed more. Now had we won something, I'm pretty sure we might have had a different opinion of the place, lol!

Bummer, as I continue to hear great things about it, but, I think I've set up other home properties and don't want to spread my play any thinner to give it another go- but may have to make my way over if only to try some of the restaurants!
