Cosmo hands down. I'm in the 20's and this is where the action is for a man of my age.

I come in from the East coast. By 9:00pm (I feel like it's midnight) I'm pooped and it's off to bed. But I do enjoy waking up at 4:00am (to me it's 7:00am) and walking around the empty casino knowing they built the place just for me...as I'm the only one there. Just me and my coffee. Is there 'nightlife'? I've never noticed.

You sound just like me. I'm fully adjusted to the time difference by the next morning; but even at home, I tend to wake up in the wee hours (1-3) and go to bed earlier than I'd care to mention. So I take it that there is life after dark? Okay, I'm an old fart now, but that's the way my body clock's been keeping time approximately forever. Therefore, I pick properties for decent gambling and reasons other than nightlife. Exciting, huh?

Venetian/Palazzo has everything I could ever want night or day. Great restaurants, decent shows, good gaming and fabulous people watching! This old east coast girl isn't much on night life, but I have been known to make it to the wee hours now & then

    I am confused.

If you ask enough people, most of the hotels on the strip and downtown will be given as the answer as the best nightlife. But, that will not agree with everyone. Different people like different things. One person might say Bellagio has the best nightlife, and somebody else will say Excalibur and somebody else M-Bay and somebody else.... It all depends.

I've been leaning toward Mandalay Bay lately, with Foundation Room, Eye Candy and 1923 Bourbon Burlesque being good options for MB fun (30-40 YO's). Bellagio's is also a draw, with Hyde and I've wanted to try out Lily Lounge. Mirage is 3rd choice, with 1OAK and Rhumbar being most fun there. Cosmo caters to a younger set, but were aren't looking to party with our 21YO daughter.

If youre into the pool and nightclub scene then wynncore hands down...especially in the warmer months; EBC during the day, XS at night is hard to beat (good age range for everyone)

If you like bars/lounges though, then cosmo probably is the best. (marquee as a club is geared to teenyboppers though)

Not a club guy so that doesnt factor in for me. I like the general atmosphere and various bars at the Cosmo.

Since stumbling occurs during my visits, I don't have a favorite property...well let me back track... a well priced (cheap?) property always wins out.

Nightlife is what you make of it. One trip was XS one night backed up to Carnaval Court the next night to Fremont Street with the cheap drinks and deep fried twinkies on night 3 while staying at Aria because of a great hotel/flight deal on Southwest.

For me it would be Wynncore without a doubt. Still like Tryst after all these years and XS is still grand. Surrender is nice when it's in season and the outdoor section is open. Others have all made some good suggestions and every property generally has a pretty solid place. Just depends on the mood, tastes, and day/night I suppose. For times when I don't want to go to a club but want some kind of vibe/music I do like Lily at Bellagio, Centrifuge at MGM Grand, and Eyecandy at Mandalay.

Wynn/Encore is going to be your best bet for a mix of great clubs and decent bars. Aside from that I would say Cosmo.

My favorite is hands down Wynncore but with all the upcoming renovations, it is possibke that these clubs will soon be changed.
