Does anybody know what this is going to be? I was told by one of the construction workers that it is going to be a night club run by the Pioneer. It is located between the Pioneer and the Golden Nugget. Does anyone know any other information on it or was there already a thread started on this?

Great location for another Tattoo shop. Get druk and lose your money, than get a tattoo you'll get to regret in the morning :)
Sounds like a perfect thing to do in Vegas. You'll have something to tell your grandchildren later...

From this picture I took in March, it looks like Lucky Lou's Tattoos is coming. That was almost 9 months ago though so it may have changed. The shop doesn't have any info on it's webpage and there is nothing on her facebook page about a new store. I do think it's a great location for a tattoo shop though. I think the closest one downtown is at Neonopolis and it's kind of hidden away.

Gambler, thanks for the pic. Obviously they have progressed from your pic to mine. I took this on 11/23, Sunday morning. That other tattoo shop that you made reference to is across from the Denny's in Neonopolis.

Yup, that's the one I was thinking of. I watched them tattoo while having coffee at Denny's one trip.

I'm glad you posted your pic of the building. I was there Tuesday - just 5 days before you and never even noticed the building while walking down Fremont Street. I'm trying to figure out how I could have missed it. It appears from the pic that it stands out pretty good!

Time to get my eyesight checked - or drink less, I guess.

Ya, it's probably time to get my eyes checked.

Howdy! Yeah, the tattoo shop element seems to be in flux, but definitely an expansion of Pioneer gift shop on the bottom floor. Talked to the contractor, and he said they aren't sure about the upper floor. I'll post updates on the Fremont Street Experience Facebook page.

Before they started on it, vintage vegas on facebook put up some pics of that side of the Pioneer. They were taking things off the building that had been there for decades. I remember things covering windows people never even knew were there.
