Does anyone have any knowledge of what hotels have balconies that are functional? I understand the balconies at the old IP are no longer useable.

Make sure you either book or request a room facing the Bellagio fountains. The view from the terrace overlooking the strip and fountains is incredible.

In fact, being able to see the fountains while in the soaking tub is perfect vegas!

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but Cosmo has some pretty cool balconies.

Cosmo does have pretty sick balconies..overlooking Bellagio fountains is the best.

The Signature at MGM also has balconies, we've stayed there once, got a 1 bedroom...which was huge, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, really great setup, just a little bit of a walk to the strip/casino

Though they are much larger than a balcony, the Terrace Suites at MGM Grand are high up on my list, especially if you get a higher floor.

Tropicana has nice balconies in their Bungalow rooms. Most overlook the pool area. Little different vibe than Cosmo.
