    Hi,

I'm off to New York in a few weeks. Really looking forward to it, although would still rather be going to Vegas!

Just wondered if anyone knew of a forum as good as VMB but for NYC?

    Cheers,

    Justin

For tourism in most cities, general travel websites have pretty good info and forums. Tripadvisor, Rick Steves, Yelp, Flyertalk etc.

I know a lot of NYC area blogs, PM me if you want some suggestions, but no general chit-chat type of board like this.

    Thanks for the replies.

It'll be my second visit, but first time I'm going for work. So hotel is booked and so on. No specific questions at the moment though.

The great thing about this site is the amount of little titbits you pick up while just reading through the threads, it may be something completely unrelated to the main topic!

Have looked at Tripadvisor, I find it hard to read that forum. I have been looking at Yelp and also Menupages.com is a good one for restaurants.

    Cheers,

    Justin
