Suits are ok but sometimes you might look like a ******...you have to have that right look and carry yourself the right way.

This for us too - go with a sport coat as opposed to suit. We are just past the clubbing age, coming from the east and being early risers/to bed to begin with, anything past 10 LV time is really a chore now. The one advantage is that we generally get a table at any restaurant at 5PM! Its also fun to see those doing the walk of shame when I go down to the casino at 4 AM upon waking up and having breakfast:)

I bounce between suit to t-shirt and shorts on any given trip.
The nice part is if you bring it you don't have to wear it! Just do what makes you comfortable.

Yea I made the mistake of wearing a suit in A few years ago I think it was in May because it was freaking hot. We attended Bank at the Bellagio and were definitely overdressed. Lol a group of girls saw us and starting singing "here come the men in black" Then we had to deal with people asking for directions or random people coming to us to report a emergency. Yeah it was a mistake. When I club in Vegas now it's just dress pants and a nice button down shirt. If I'm really feeling good I'll put on a nice vest and tie. But no more 3 piece suits for me [IMG]

That's the funny thing about vegas, you have people in sweat pants and wrinkled tshirts next to someone in a tuxedo and everything in between. I usually wear a nice pair of dress shoes, dress pants/khakis and a nice shirt tucked in and I find myself dressed better than 90 percent of people. I usually feel good dressing up a bit, but it does have its awkward moments. Ive noticed when staying downtown I am way over dressed most of the time. Hell, a tucked in shirt will set you apart most of the time. I think when you visit vegas, you should live and act a bit more than what you are, but not to much so. Don't pretend to be a millionaire just because you have a suit on, because it would be embarrassed when you get sniffed out.

Don't hang out at Bally's like that since they have a gay night club there, unless that is your thing.

I was with Gchrome (When he was wearing his snazzy tux from the Andrea Bocelli concert) talking to Hunter and an older couple asked Gchrome for directions.

Yeah, the first time I went to Vegas I dressed up in a suit each night. I was constantly mistaken for security in almost every casino I went to, lol.

On our second trip to Vegas I took a suit bc my girlfriend and I wanted to do a formal night. Haven't taken one back since. I go the comfort route too which is mainly shorts or jeans and some sort of Philadelphia sports tshirt or sweatshirt. If I want to class it up a bit I'll go with an Eagles polo!

I dress up for work most of the time so when I am on vacay its comfort time, baby!
