Table Games Casino Aria

Anyone knows the minimum bet on Blackjack & Roulette at Aria?
I know that some casino´s have a $15 minimum bet on blackjack.. Do you then have to put it all on one hand or can yoy play 5x$3 on the table?
I know when that the minimum bet on Roulette is $15 you can split the bet on different plays.

If the minimum bet is $15 on blackjack on ONE hand.. Do you know about any other Casino´s on the Strip that has $5 minimum bet?

 

You will most likely need to go to one of the CET properties on the strip for $5 BJ. Minimum bet on BJ is per spot. Some properties will make you double the bet if you play two spots.

 

The minimum is PER HAND. So a $15 table requires a single $15 bet. As for $5 BJ, New York New York has one table but it will be terrible rules paying 6:5 for a blackjack and will likely be crowded. I highly doubt you will find $5 BJ on the strip that pays 3:2. Downtown or at a locals off-strip place you can likely find $5 games that pay 3:2. Places like Excalibur, Luxor, Linq, Flamingo, Casino Royale, Circus Circus or The Riv will have $5 BJ most of the time but you won't be doing yourself any favors with the 6:5 payouts.

$10 would be the absolute min I would ever expect to see at Aria and that will be uncommon.

 

if by some you meant All, then yes...I've never seen a table on the strip that didn't require double min bet to play 2 or more spots

 

Monte Carlo has 6:5 $5 BJ near the food court. Excalibur and Luxor both have $10 3:2.

 

At low limits that is true. If you play at a $100 min table, you can play multiple spots at $100/hand

 

Yeah that makes sense, because outside of the HL rooms i rarely see more than $100 min tables
but $5X3?, on the strip?.....yeah no way

 

Just got back from a weekend at aria. $15 was the cheapest I saw at BJ. And others have said that minimum is per hand. I did not pay attention to the roulette minimums. As for Strip properties with $5 BJ, in the past I have seen it at Excalibur, Hooters, Monte Carlo, Ballys, and Harrahs. Maybe try one of those

 

Forgot about Hooter's. Its been a few years since I've walked in there but they used to have $3 BJ. Stayed at Bally's recently and I don't believe they have $5 tables anymore.

Riviera would be another cheap option.

 

Well, not everyone considers it a Strip property.

My info could easily be out of date. That's just my memory of where I have seen $5 BJ during the past couple years

 

Please, PLEASE don't play a 6:5 game just to get a $5 table. I mean, I suppose it doesn't matter. In fact, now that I think about it, maybe this is good. As long people refuse to play 6:5 $25 tables, it slows down casinos trying to move terrible rules up the chain.

 

Stayed at Aria in June; staying there again next month. $5/$10 blackjack player, 3:2 only (of course).

Now that the $10 3:2 games are gone from Monte Carlo, I expect I'll be playing at Paris (sometimes $10 limit, sometimes $15), Bally's (usually $10 limit, sometimes $15), and Ellis Island ($5 all the time). Planet Hollywood would be even better, but every time I've walked through there the lowest limit has been $15.

 

Two weeks ago at PH there were several $25 6:5 tables on sat night... this was sad to see, what made it worse was the damn tables were full while the table next to it was empty and 3:2, of course the dealer at the 6:5 table was easily 4 time hotter than the 3:2.... So maybe it wasnt that bad of a deal... JK

 

O'sheas had $5 BJ early evening when I was there.

6/5 is not a big deal. A house advantage under 2% is still a great game. with free drinks, party pits and live music, 6/5 is a steal for your entertainment $$

 

I was just at Aria in October. During the day there is $10 BJ tables and $10 Roulette. Around 6, the min goes up to $15. Of course there is only a few tables at that while the others are kicking around $25. I was there during the week so the weekend could be a different story.

 

Agreed 110%. You get served drinks once every 10 minutes. That is a better sell to me than 3:2 blackjack. I'll take 6/5 and speedy drinks all night long (and will in two weeks )

 

Oh dear. Well, it's your money.

 

First - would be pretty rare for a 6:5 game to be under 2%. Would have to have great other rules - and generally 6:5 games have other bad rules also - no DAS etc.

That said - yes 6/5 might be a lower house edge than many of the other carnival table games - but don't suggest that it is comparable to real blackjack.
