I'm a big Ohio State fan, and I was wondering where I could watch the Ohio State game downtown. Will the different sports books carry all of the major games??

Long time Buckeye fan as well. Can't help you with downtown, but if the Buckeyes have a "major game" scheduled, I would think many downtown sportsbooks would have it. Obviously, just don't forget the time difference.

I know you didn't ask for this, but my favorite place to watch college football is Mirage Sportsbook. Sitting there with a humongeous stacked sandwich from Carnegie Deli....life doesn't get any better.

Just saw on another thread where you'll be out there for the Rutgers-OSU game (me too). Don't know if I, or the Sportsbooks would consider that a major game worth airing, but they might.

Here's other games during that time frame they might be telecasting........

Iowa at Maryland 12:00 noon. ABC, BTN, or ESPN Network
Purdue at Minnesota 12:noon ABC, BTN, or ESPN Network
Towson at Delaware 12:30 p.m. SNY / CSN (details TBA) / Video
Brown at Princeton 2:30 p.m. SNY
Michigan State at Indiana 3:30 p.m. ABC, BTN, or ESPN Network
    New Mexico at Air Force 3:30 p.m. ROOTSN / MWC Video1 / MWC Video2
Rutgers at Ohio State 3:30 p.m. ABC, BTN, or ESPN Network
AAC Game TBA 3:30 p.m. CBSSN
SEC Game TBA 3:30 p.m. CBS / CBS Video
    Sam Houston State at Northwestern State 4:00 p.m. ESPN-GP / espn3 / SLCTV (cable / Video)

If you guys or anybody interested in college football wants to, make the link below a favorite for weekly listings. This guy is an LSU fan and every year tirelessly lists all college games week by week including times (Central Time Zone), and what TV station is carrying the game. I've used this for 4 years now and it's my go to college football "bible". Talk about labor intensive. Major kudos to this guy.

It mostly depends on how much action is on the game compared to action on other games. The games with the most action on them are on the tvs. The game with the most action on it will have sound on in the book.

But, you can always talk to the book and ask them if they'd put it on a tv for you. As long as you have some action on the game, they'll most likely accommodate you.
