Has a home stayed in Paris lately? Is the Bally construction loud?

Early construction no noise in Paris rooms, I was in a room that could see Bally's property and didn't hear anything, fairly high floor

We stayed in a new Jubilee (at Bally's - right by the project) room in late march/ early April on the 26 or 28th floor & did not ear a thing and the demolition was in full force.

Stayed in a red room 3 weeks ago and you wouldnt even know anything was going on at Ballys. But if you are heading North down the strip, walk from Paris into Ballys (dont go outside) head through the side exit of Ballys near the gift shop and cross over to Cromwell to get out to the strip.

If you try to go outside you will be funneled into a little are due to the Ballys construction and have to wait to go up and over the strip via escalators that probably wont be working.
