MyVegas Station Rewards?

Hi all, Newbie here ... can I ask, what is a Station Reward? I am playing MyVegas for the MLife rewards. Thanks

 

Those are the rewards offered by the "locals" casinos, Station Casinos.

There are rewards for Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, and Palace Station. They are not limited by the 3 in 30 days rule for the mLife rewards, but have their own limitations of using 2 in a rolling 24 hour time period.

 

I keep seeing references to these as locals' rewards, but they're not limited only to Las Vegas locals, right? I'm hoping I haven't overlooked something in the fine print.

(I understand GVR, Red Rock and Palace Station are casinos that cater more to locals, but the number of references to these as locals' rewards has me second-guessing myself.)

 

To answer my own question, no, these rewards are not exclusive to Las Vegas residents. My wife and I just scrapped a planned Palm Springs getaway and shifted it to Green Valley Ranch instead! 150K loyalty points seems a bit steep for a Sunday night, but it includes the resort fee (according to the reservations agent) and we got a great rate on the next night. We'll probably use one or two of the restaurant rewards, too.
