Just looked at my MLife account after returning a week ago and noticed that my tier credits are less than what they should be. While they increased since my trip the added credits since my trip don't even equal what I spent on room, etc let alone gambling. Should I give it more time to see if they add more or should I make some effort to get their attention now?

This happened to me twice on separate occasions.
Immediately after my gambling session my TC increased by the appropriate amount.
Then a couple hours later it decreased for no apparent reason.
I know this because I take phone screenshots of my account TC on mlife.com

Don't know what happened, never pursued it either... Strange

You should call right away. If you did not make sure your card was connected to your reservation at check in (I always make sure they note my MLIFE number on the reservation when I check in just in case) then you would not have gotten the credit for your stay. When I am in Vegas, they tier credits go on my account on a daily basis - after every night charged I see the Tier Credits increase, so you should definitely have had them applied by now.

Guess I'll have to call them. Card was definitely tied to the reservation.

Same thing happen to me in 2013. After a few phone calls and emails, my tier credits were increased to the point that I moved up from Pearl to Gold. I would definitely call them soon.

Yeah. They added 30,000 credits (still think that wasn't enough) but was kind of a worthless exercise because they're going to reset in 2 weeks and the extra ones weren't enough to bump me to the next level. They gave some feeble excuse about computer problems.

I will give you all of my tier credits. I think I have about 2.5 million.

You can have my comps from them. They wont give me any more. "Unfortunately, there are some cases where we feel it is more beneficial for certain players to play elsewhere." or some bullshit to that effect is what they told me.

Translation, we dont make any money off you and you cost us a shitload.

Chonglo, they're not taking away your express comps are they? That would be very bad PR for them. You should still be able to smash them for large restaurant bill.

That is often the bottom line, even without the reset.

No, thats what I planned on doing. I will keep my eye on it though. They smashed all my SB limits, though.
