    Hey guys,

I'm having a hard time finding a suite/villa for a group of friends. I'm going for SEMA this year and my group is planning on having an after-party gathering after the clubs Wed-Friday. 20-30s age group.

A few choices I had were..
    1) MGM Skyloft
    2) Aria Skyvilla (not sure on availability)
    3) Aria Executive Hospitality Suite
    4) Cosmo, what kinda large suites are there?
    5) PH, awaiting on Hunter's reply

    Mirage Villas look dated..
    Mandalay Bay is too far.

    Am I missing any?

PH apex suite would be great for your purposes. Not the most high end compared to skyloft / sky villa , but really setup for partying. Bunch of TVs / shower in living room with stripper pool / pool table & ping pong table. Lots of couches/overlooks strip/etc.

Mirage Lanai Suite, I've stayed there many times. Get the largest option, they are great

Cosmo bungalows have direct access to Marquee. It's a great way to pull in girls from the club.

However, since it is during SEMA, they might be all locked up to big players...

That's going to be true of all the big suites at the nicer properties. Seems like the OP wants mid-strip. Good luck. Either be prepared to pay through the nose or have a good host contact (or maybe both)

How much are those Lanai Suites? I would only need the smallest one...

    Look at the Hard Rock.
The Penthouse Real World suite is 4,200 sq ft, with a bowling alley.
I have stayed in the Lucky Seven suite, 2,600 sq. feet, with a stripper pole and jacuzzi. The layout includes a very large center room, which has more open space than the Aria 2-bedroom penthouse sky suites. We had a party of 30-40, with plenty of room to spare.
And since your group is younger 20-30's, they might like the vibe of the Hard Rock.

Regarding the Cosmo Bungalows, I would ask about their availabilities.
The Bungalows are NOT to everyone tastes, and certainly not for many high-rollers/big players.
I say that because it is LOUD, from 11am to 6pm from the Marquee Day Club, and from 10pm to 5am from the Night Club.
Most high-rollers/big players want a peaceful quiet place to recharge their batteries in between gambling sessions, and they will not get that with the Bungalow.
I have stayed there 3 times, on the weekends, and each time, my Bungalow was unoccupied the night before (which meant I could get into the room before the official 3pm check-in time), and they never seem to be occupied on Sunday nights or Mondays.
I imagine that mid-week, many will be empty as well.

Depends on when you are going. I think I've seen the smallest one go for ~$500/night off peak.

If I were you I would check out a Fairway Villa at Wynn. It would be perfect for what you are planning. They are not always available and with SEMA going on the chances are slim but I think it's worth a call. Good luck!
