For all you fine diners out there; what do you think of these options for a "romantic" dinner place? Any experience between the 3? Recommendations to any place on the strip that has exceptional food to a $150-200 range for 2 people? (Not including alcohol) I would like to dine around Palazzio/Caesar/Wynn on that night.

Bouchon is not romantic unless you sit outside. It's very noisy inside.

I'm not crazy about Bouchon. Lots of people rave about it but I just don't get it. There's nothing bad about it. I've been there twice and always leave a little disappointed.

We love Bouchon, but it is rather noisy and our experience has been strictly breakfast.

How about Sinatra at Encore? Wonderful place with excellent service and food. It's where we go for our anniversary every year.

How about SW at the Wynn? Try to get a table where you can see the lake of dreams.

Sinatra is also a good choice.

Never had a bad meal at Spago, but would not consider it romantic.

I had a pretty bad experience food wise at Spago.
It is more of a cafe style restaurant. Waiters are nice, but the pasta I ordered was horrible! I felt like the mistakenly dumped a hand full of salt into the dish. I could not eat more than two bites, which is very rare for me. Looking back, I should have sent the dish back, but their pizza was delicious.

I love Bouchon, but I prefer the one in Yountville by a lot. The one in Vegas is quite noisy. I much prefer it for breakfast.
