MyVegas Did anyone manage to redeem the new aria slot tournament reward?

just wondering if anyone managed to redeem the reward today and if so at approximately what time

I kept hitting the back to browsing but never saw the option to redeem

not sure when I should give up trying after 7am (10am est)


and if you did is there any more info on it

 

I didn't try to get the reward because I mostly play at Aria and would probably earn enough points to play anyway without losing loyalty points. However I did call Aria's VIP desk to inquire about the slot tournament and they in turn called the Concierge because they had no info - in fact they did not know what I was talking about when I mentioned it! I had to read back the description from My Vegas. What they did find out was that it has not fully been rolled out yet so the details are still very sketchy, but there should be more information coming in the next couple of weeks.

 

I'm headed out there next week; I hope they have that tournament in place by then because I should be playing at a high enough level to qualify via points.

I got to the redeem screen, but got distracted so I didn't type my info fast enough, it told me it was sold out

It just says Monday-Thursday. So I assume it's available NOW and lasts indefinitely. The newest awards, the Royal Caribbean stuff, have a statement that they can't be redeemed until Monday. I got to the same point you did today and also didn't get it. Meh.

 

i saw it but i just burn thru 700k in LP this last trip and only have one more offer I can use this next trip within 30days.

Going to see this morning on the reload time and see what I can pick up.

 

I was at the Aria 9/8 - 17/8 and they only started the slot tourney on the Monday. I missed every day but the last as I hadnt visited the Mlife desk and noticed the flyers untill the Wednesday. As I was staying at the Aria so the 500 points required for entry, only one per day, wernt had to achieve.
It was a fast furious 3 minutes of button punching. I came 4th out of 5 lol, the lady next to me won the $500 free play. It was fun but would have been more so had I won. Apparently there were only 2 players on the Tuesday as it had only just started that week Doh!
The machines are a bank of 2 four back to back machines just behinde the High Limit slots area with big screens above them.
Save your LP's and play out for the points, not sure its worth 100k hard earned LP's for 3 mins but thats just MHO

 

How do you win the slot tournament? Is it just how fast you push buttons? or how much you actually bet during the 3 minutes?

 

With any slot tournament the player with the highest score at the end of the allotted time wins. The player with the second highest score is second place etc.

now I just hope my husband can too, otherwise he will just have to cheer me on

 

woo hoo, hubby was able to redeem this one today, we used the trick of only putting in initials and copying and pasting the email

now just have to decide if we are going to do it both on the same day or different days

I managed to snag it today too! I did the cut and paste with my name and I'm a pretty quick typer. Now to win it when I'm there...

 

We purchased this yesterday and re-deemed (and played) today.

In total there were 6 players and 2 no shows.

Top 3 get prizes.

1st prize : $500 free play
2nd prize : 2 free tickets to Zarkana
3rd prize : 2 free dinner buffet tickets

We came in 2nd!
The seats in zarkana are dead center in the first section, about 7 rows back from the stage.
Should be amazing!

I would totally recommend going for this MV reward. Since there are so few players (for now) the odds are great to win!

My wife ended up playing for me. It was 3 minutes of button mashing, then every 15 seconds or so a balloon would appear on screen that you had to touch to pop (to get extra points). She had a blast! There were 8 machines set up to play the tournament, so I wonder if they limit the amount of entries to 8 per day?

 

This sounds amazing id love to be able to get ie,i have more than enough points but will i be lucky enough to buy one

 

Tried to get it today and failed 0/1
Tried again today and didnt even get the green NEXT thing 0/2

 

I was able to get the Green next square today but just not fast enough to type all my info so denied again 0/3
