I would suggest the Paris especially for breakfast. Never been to lunch or dinner but breakfast is really good (for a buffet).

I'm not much of a buffet fan, but I did like the Paris buffet when I went. Buffets have gotten to be rather pricey, and I feel the need to get my money's worth, so the rest of my day is shot.

IMO, there is a tier of 5 elite buffets that I found to be higher quality than any others on the strip:

    Wynn
    Bacchanal
    Aria
    Wicked Spoon @ Cosmo
    Bellagio

I haven't vistied the Paris buffet, but it sounds like a great option too. Those 5 choices above were all fantastic meals with an incredible spread of tasty options.

My fav is breakfast on the patio at Mon Ami in Paris.......as an alternative to a buffet.

Ellis Island Casino and Brewery isn't a buffet place but it's great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The wait service is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. Ellis Island is a block behind Bally's. Here's the link for more info: http://ellisislandcasino.com/

My favorite buffet for breakfast on the strip at this time is Wicked Spoon. I really like the small dishes that they serve on the buffet and the variety of foods. Second, favorite right now is Bellagio Buffet. These rankings do change over time somewhat. And I will say that Paris breakfast buffet has historically been very good, although I haven't been there real recently. On the other hand, as far as high end buffets go - I would avoid the Aria buffet - much better places for equivalent money.

(Since this is posted in the MyVegas forum) I'd say MGM Grand is a good idea for a breakfast buffet. The buffet is nothing special for lunch or dinner, but I love it for breakfast. A lot of variety there compared to other places.

Definitely my favorite place to have breakfast also. For the price Mon Ami Gabi is great. Even for lunch and dinner. Bouchon at Venetian is also a great breakfast dining experience, especially outdoors in the patio area.
