    My Trip Report

Well Folks, my 2 and half year wait is now more than satiated, and for the first time in 5 trips i am not on any level depressed to be back home. I think the first trip back in 2009 i had withdrawals for a couple of days after returning. If you have seen my previous TR, i write somewhat large day by day installments. I considered doing this as a semi live report, but the perspective would be lost on it i feel. As i type this out, i do feel a small touch of sadness my trip is over, yet i am happy to be home.

Anyways, to preface this briefly here goes
Me, GilGunderson (my real name is neither of these, i just thought using an obscure simpsons character is funny)
    E=Girlfriend.
B- Friend of mine of who happened to be in LV the same week i was. We met up a couple of times.
    J=B's Fiancé.
We are all around age 25-26.

Plan was Nugget first 3 nights, Cosmo the next 4. I booked red eyes both ways, having never done this before to LV. I was hoping to get a very late checkout at the cosmo, my flight being 840 pm back home.

    Day/Night 1 Getting (un)settled

Our JetBlue flight from JFK in NY left on time at 7pm. Good flight, landed about 20 minutes early. It was cool to see all of the lights coming in for once, as i usually get there in the afternoon.
I decided to splurge and book presidential limo, since a cab ride and stopping for drinks would cost well over 30 bucks anyway.. We got a free escalade upgrade from the town car, which was cool. Oscar was a very nice and accommodating driver. We stopped at a liquor store, I got a couple of water jugs and a bottle of bacardi for the room. This was probably the smartest thing i did all trip, making sure i had ample amounts of water available.
$56 plus a $20 tip to get downtown was worth it for this trip. I thought it would make E happy. Unfortunately, she was not feeling well at all.

We print out our room cards for 351 in the carson tower at the automated desk thing since there were no attendants in that area. Well, the keys worked but there were other people's luggage in the room, and not the kind of luggage you leave behind because you lost everything at the tables. Bed was made however. I called down and they told me to come to the front desk by the pool entrance.

As i am waiting for a new room assignment, there are a few middle aged biker looking guys standing in the corner of the desk area (i assume they were staying there to see the lynrd skynrd concert the next night by the looks of them), and one of them was pretty pissed off, asking for "someone in charge of this shithole establishment". I don't know what happened to them, but this room fiasco was showing signs of why they were upset with something. The guy who made my new keys and now assigned me room 499 in the carson tower was an accommodating young man, and i thanked him for it. The new room did not open so easily, and the thought of lugging all our stuff again was not making either of us happy. We finally got the timing right and one of the keys worked after trying about 15 times. I've heard that the carson tower rooms were a bit dated and nothing special. Yea that's about right. I will say that the bed was pretty comfortable.

E was so tired and hungry, as was I. We got room service. The food is from the Claim jumper restaurant in the GN. She got mozzarella sticks and potato skins, I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes. Mine was good, but nothing out of this world. The kind of food i would not normally eat at home. I liked the biscuit gravy sauce they served with it. E barely ate her stuff. I tried both items, and the mozz sticks were pretty good. Skins were good also, but the ranch dressing it came with was awesome. Before i could say hookers and blow, E was passed out on the bed. I know its bad when you're too tired to eat.

I decided to check out fremont street, it was around midnight at this point. Walked in a few casinos, and wasn't feeling much. I felt like i was having an existential crisis. Had i come to vegas too many times ? Is all the magic finally gone ? What am i doing here? What's the point? I sat at a slot machine and contemplated my life for a few minutes.
After having a Jameson and coke I finally decided to play some craps at the fremont. There it was, i felt immediately better of shooting some dice and laying down some bets. After a short while, i was only down 15 bucks. Took it back to nugget and walked around the pool area, where people were hanging around.
I walked around the casino and decided to call it a night. Went to bed after having a few more bites of E's food which went largely untouched. After swigging some water, i went to sleep. For only a few hours, i suppose it was a rather action packed night, for me at least.

I would be slinging dice if i were still out there. I think i may get a practice table if i can find the space for it.
Day 2 will be up soon.

Day 2 Saturday 8/9 Things get rolling

Woke up around 830 or so. E was still in deep sleep and i was ready to start the day. I have heard much about how good dupars at the golden gate is on here so i decided to give it a shot. Fremont street at 9am saturday is a weird, strange place to be. It just doesn’t seem to fit properly in any kind of time or space threshold. Sunny. Quiet. A little warm. A few beggars here and there. Light poking through the canopy and crosswalks. A lot less hustle and bustle than most other times of day here or the strip.

Went into dupars after a short wait and sat at the counter. The place immediately smelled like a real diner type of establishment with the type of food that cures hangovers. And living in NJ, i know diners. I ordered the applewood bacon and avocado omelette with pepperjack cheese. I also got two pancakes. In short, the omelette and hash browns were very good, especially with the side of cholula hot sauce. That’s going to be a staple of mine soon in addition to sriracha.

The pancakes were among the best i’ve ever had. I’d put them up against anyone’s to be honest, after looking back on it. The boysenberry and strawberry jellies only added to the already amazing flavor of the pancakes, and also was a great compliment to the toasted and buttered white bread, which i only eat if it comes with something at a diner. Fantastic and filling breakfast. Afterwards I walked around the golden gate to see some craps action. Even with a $5 table i still didn’t feel quite comfortable post breakfast to throw the dice at that minute.

That all changed a few minutes later back at the GN, where i decided to play for the first time in 3 years. Saw a $5 dice table and bought in with 100. got a players card and played for at least a half hour. Asian guy in his 20’s at the end of the table was a solid shooter and made me a little money, but i did not capitalize on his hot streak enough to offset my own shitty throwing and anyone else who came up. Got a couple of breakfast drinks, mimosa and bay breeze while i slowly bled chips.

After losing about 70, i called it a session and sat at one of bars near the cashier. it was about 1015 at this point. Couple of pretty good bartenders who i talked to while i had a couple of drinks. I ordered a caesar, which is now preferable to a bloody mary IMO. Also got an amaretto sour. Drank it, but it didn’t sit that well with me. Shouldn’t have mixed those up. also didn’t realize how much sodium is in a small can of clamato juice. I did get amaretto comped playing bartop blackjack.

Cashed my 30 something in chips and went upstairs to find that E was awake. We watched TV for a little while, showered and got dressed for the day as well. After all that, we went downstairs to the nugget casino. For the life of me i cannot even get ahead at the GN, let alone win, any time i’ve been there. E spreads about 50 bucks around on the first roulette table we see, right after a woman put 50 on 17 alone and it hit. She left. Smart move.

First spin BAM! 30 comes up, which E always puts 10 bucks on, her favorite number to play. I’m happy for her but goddamn, i have nowhere near that kind of luck. After not hitting the next spin, E wisely walks away and cashes it. Usually she plays longer but was hungry and we agreed on the 777 brewpub at Main st station.

For those that read my previous TR, E plays a lot of roulette, and on our 6 day trip over 2 years ago she was +1100 on roulette. It’s just something she does well with overall.

So we got a table at 777, and ordered a few things. I got a dozen honey dijon wings, and pot stickers. We shared some nachos, while E got the fish and chips. Also got the 5 beer sampler. Good stuff, but i really wished they’d make the mango brew a permanent one. It’s been 3 years since i’ve had it. Oh well.

After lunch, we hit up the casino at MSS. E wasn’t quite feeling roulette there, and she wanted to play blackjack with me. We sat on a table with Michael, a pretty friendly dealer who has almost no accent, one of those PA announcer voices if that makes sense. We learned that Nancy the roulette croupier we were fond of had retired 6 months ago. We were happy for her, but she was someone we were hoping to see.
Blackjack did not go so well for me, i think i dropped about 100. E was back and forth on it, and we had a few people join in with us, one making odd plays, the other getting ahead playing green chips then losing them all in short order.

After that, i suggested we check out the Downtown container park. E just did not seem to care for it, and we instead stopped at the DT Grand. Lost 20 on the megabucks slot, and played BJ for a few shuffles and broke even, which for this trip felt good. Grand was nice, and was fairly active for a saturday afternoon. Hope they get it all together. It’s a nice property.

We headed back to the room where E was heavily suggesting we get the gelato from the forum shops at caesars. I did not realize she had ulterior motives. We cabbed it to Caesars, which was about 23 bucks. What can you do about it at 6 pm on a saturday?

She kept asking about the Nike store when we were walking around the forum shops, even after we got the gelato, which was delicious. I then realized she just wanted to get some sneakers from a big store that had all sorts of designs. So we went there and E was in heaven. Some women love shoes, E loves sneakers. she got a couple pairs, and i of course carried the bag the rest of the night.

We could not decide on dinner, nothing at Caesars appealed to me that wouldn’t be some kind of wait. After debate and consternation, i suggested Heritage Steakhouse at the Mirage. I knew it wouldn’t be too booshy for how we were dressed.

Embarrassing moment alert: As we walked up the mirage entrance from the strip, a group of 3 attractive young ladies asked me something and i immediately shot back “WHY?”. the one had asked if i could take their picture, but i THOUGHT she wanted my picture like i was someone famous or what i at first thought was a scam of some kind. I completely misheard it.
Anyways, I took a really nice photo of them, and they thanked me, but not after one of them said “yea why would i want a picture with you?” She was right i guess haha. Way to go Gil.
We got to heritage steak and seated immediately. It’s definitely more bar/lounge than steakhouse or restaurant. I was a little hesitant, especially after seeing the group of central european guys in linen shirts and short shorts were all very drunk at the table next to us. They were obnoxious. I hope they tipped well. Probably not.

E got a drink, i stuck with water. I ordered the brisket, which had pickled onions on a bed of greens with some kind of vinaigrette on it. Marinated with a wine reduction and light mustard dressing. Came with a sweet bread pudding type of side dish. E got the Tabasco pepper skirt steak, which i was considering as well. We both tried each others dishes, and E asked if i wanted to switch. Oddly enough, she liked mine better than hers and vice versa. That skirt steak may have been the best one i ever had. The flavor was amazing and unique. Bill came to about 150 IIRC. A little pricey for what you get, but i would reccommend the place no doubt. I know it gets mixed reviews, though i’m not sure why. Besides the drunks one table over, the service was excellent and the food was too. I’d go back.

Post Edit* E played the bridesmaids slot in the mirage on the way out and won about 80 bucks. She then also won some on a hangover slot. I felt no such luck to sit and play anything. If i sat next to her, i wouldn't be on a winning machine.

We cabbed it from the mirage back to the Nugget. Lots of traffic. I think we called it a night after that. Probably around 10pm, but for our bodies it was 1am with all of the travel and action. Watched some TV and went to sleep 12ish.

haven't spent anytime downtown, so it's interesting to hear about it! Sounds like a well paced day too! Looking forward to next instalment, hope to hear about some casino wins!

Downtown is a very different pace and vibe. Good for a change up in a trip or a an easy way to start things off, which is what my intention was. There are some real gems downtown, in terms of eateries and things to see. Spoiler alert: most of the early wins are not from me, but from E. I was able to mix it up later on, but there's still some losing to be had

Forgot to Add in original day 2 post- E played the bridesmaids slot in the mirage on the way out and won about 80 bucks. She then also won some on a hangover slot. I felt no such luck to sit and play anything. If i sat next to her, i wouldn't be on a winning machine.

There's a sneaker shop at the Linq you might want to keep your girlfriend away from. I don't know anything about sneakers but there was a lineup in front of that store with people camped out waiting for something when we passed by it last weekend.

What part of NJ are you guys from?

Is that what that was? I was there last Saturday morning and saw the line of people camped out with lawn chairs. I never figured out what they were waiting for.

Damn people even camp out for shoes on the strip too?!? As much of a Jordan fanatic as I am one place you will never see my ass is in line for them!

Good report so far, Gil - thanks for sharing!

PS - your report has hammered in the nail for me that I need to hit Dupar's for the pancakes. I will be making a trip DT next month to eat breakfast there.

Central and the lower part of north jersey. Middlesex and Union counties. Also, glad we didn't know about this shop in the linq, because she loves jordans haha.

Worth the trip Rocky. In my 5 trips i had it for the first time and would go again even if not staying downtown. Also, lots of cheap dice tables DT, from the looks of your TRs and posts. Even at night you can find $5 tables in all the establishments, including the Nugget. Although that table was packed. The D was the only dice table i really got comfy with downtown. Maybe it was the new felt that gave them a good bounce.

Good stuff thanks! I went downtown a bit with my buddy over SB weekend but it was packed and we were getting crushed so we left. Other than that I hadn't been down there since my girlfriend and I were down there for an evening of dice and roulette a couple years ago.

So since this trip is six days I am looking to do more things and expand my to-do list. So a morning down there will be a great way to start the day!

I agree Dupars pancakes are excellent and I thought they were the best UNTIL I tried EAT on Carson St., Las Vegas. They only serve breakfast and lunch and have a very different menu. It's more artsy and certainly not diner food. I love Dupars for the diner feel, but breakfast at EAT is better.

Now I am going to have to try EAT on my next trip. Thanks for the heads up kittyglitter. Still the pancakes alone are worth the trip to dupars if you have not had them. I'm not much of a pancake guy but I couldn't fathom not having them when I go there.

    Day 3 Sunday 8/10 4 queens, 3 meals, 2 shows, 1 food coma

I got up and was out of bed around 8 something. E was again asleep and i wasn’t going to wake her to walk somewhere to eat.
I decided on going to the pool early for a good seat and something different than eating and losing money. Stayed until about 945. Watched some fish and sharks up close in the tank for a while and relaxed. Had a bellini at the pool bar. good but not as great as i remembered from the last time. Felt good and changed in the room to regular clothes. Now i was hungry and the slightest bit buzzed on an empty stomach.

Before embarking on fremont for food, i walked to the D, and played some $5 BJ. I was up 25 after a shuffle, and decided that would be enough for breakfast and tip, and to take what i could while i can. Now what to eat? Well, why not dupars again?

I walked over there and there was about a 10 minute wait. I sat at the counter and ordered an eggs benedict. Theirs is pretty good with the little seasoning they put on it. I got the the cholula sauce again, hash browns go great under that stuff, and it was another damn good breakfast with the two pancakes (again). No whitebread toast this time however as the eggs are already on an english muffin.

After finishing a filling breakfast, i had the urge to risk my money. Maybe i’d hit a winning streak (HAHAHAHAHA). I sat down at a $5 BJ table at the GG, no more than 80 feet from the restaurant. It was low limit and not the Nugget, so i figured i could win a little bit. After up and down the same 15 bucks for a couple of minutes of my 100$ buy in, they changed dealers and it was all down hill. I lost my buy in and another 60 i chased it with. No mercy. Couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes. Didn’t even want to shoot the dice i thought of doing after breakfast two tables away. Damn.

We had wanted to see a couple of shows this trip, so i walked to the tix4tonight stand at the 4 queens. I bought absinthe as well as Penn and Teller. We had not seen absinthe, and E had yet to see P&T. I would be happy to see them after a few years. 4 tickets with pretty decent seats in both venues came to 302. Not bad i guess. Walked back to the room after a little wandering.

E had gotten room service french toast and eggs. Not even close in quality to what i got, but of course i ended up paying for it on the final bill. She’s smart. I told her about the tickets. Absinthe would be tonight’s show, P&T on monday. I was considering Carrot Top for wednesday but hadn’t got tix yet via myvegas.

After sitting around and showering, watching some tv, we walked around fremont for a bit, then E decided to stop in the 4 queens. For what reason i don’t know. I guess she had not been in there yet. We sat at a $5 BJ table for well over a half hour. I was back and forth with the same 40 bucks. I got a few drinks and after a couple dealer tips, ended up even for the table. E made some money, putting bigger stacks on the felt at opportune times using her womanly intuition. Worked more often than not.

After that we went to the craps table and i eventually lost my (or some of it, don’t quite remember). I think they screwed me because i had an 8 working on a come bet that disappeared as i got a drink. I don’t think the young lady rolling shot a 7 when that happened. None of the crew seemed to know. Amateur operation i tell ya. No more dice play there for ol’ Gil.

When that was all done, it was around 330, and we went to pizza rock. Long story short, we got the old chicago. It was delicious. I come from a land of good pizza, and this place would make the cut IMO. The mascerpone cheese and sprinkling of garlic was perfect in addition to the sausage everything else on it. Thin crust was as advertised. I thoroughly enjoyed the pie and so did E. Walked out full, and hoping i could try more of their pizza some day.

Walked around downtown a little while longer, stopping in the fremont. E played some roulette but did not win this time. She’d had a golden Horseshoe lodged somewhere up until this point. It wasn’t as consistent, but she would win again soon enough. Shame on me for not finding said horseshoe. I did not play in the fremont this go around. As we exited, a guy said he liked my NY Giants shirt. He said he was from south jersey, which is basically eagles territory, but it was cool to talk with him for a couple of minutes about our early preseason prospects.

After getting back to the nugget, we went back to the room to get ready for the night. After watching some forensic files and some car auction show crap, we exited the building around 630. Absinthe was 8pm.

E stopped at the chocolate store across from Vic and Anthony’s and bought a few pieces. We also made a 1030 reservation at the aforementioned VandAs. The best steak i’d ever eaten was at the Vic and Anthony’s in Atlantic city last year. Hopefully this one would be at least close to that one.

Took the SDX bus towards the strip and there were some interesting patrons. One of which was on her phone with a guy named troy, arguing about not arguing over 15 dollars, then it was 5 dollars. I’m sure it was for very legitimate and scrupulous reasons. She blatantly disrespected the posted rules of not using foul language, being loud and distracting the driver. I just laughed the whole way to caesars. I think it dropped off near the bellagio a little after 7. More than enough time.

I got the tickets from the box office. There were many warnings about the obscene and offensive nature of the show. Only made me look forward to it more. Sat with another couple at a table outside the tent and talked for a little while before heading inside. We each got a couple of their house specialty drink. Not cheap at 11 a pop, but they were really good.

Absinthe was pretty much everything as advertised. Offensive, funny and possibly the the best overall show i’ve seen in LV. Not going to spoil it for anyone. Go see it. It’s amazing. We both loved it. If you’re easily offended then don’t, but otherwise you should be fine.

Afterwards we walked up the strip a little bit and caught a cab back to the nugget. Back before 1030 and we were seated at Vic’s. E got a surf and turf with a flash fried large lobster tail and filet. I got the NY Strip bone in medium rare with peppercorn gravy on the side. Also got the Au gratin Potatoes. Easily the best Au gratin potatoes i’ve ever had. These alone are worth the trip to This establishment. I tried a little of E’s filet and mashed with veggies. Tasty dish. I still think my ribeye last year in AC was better, but make no mistake, the NY strip was still excellent. Peppercorn sauce was good to add to a few bites. Very enjoyable steak. No desserts as we were both stuffed. Bill came to 165 and left 200. Service was top notch.

I was in somewhat of an uncomfortable food coma afterwards. I felt almost nauseous. Walked it off, had some water, and went to bed. Great night.

I expect nothing less from a birds fan haha. If the giants Oline can gel into an average unit, they will win the division IMO. Philly has a year of film on them, Foles won't have have the same TD:INT ratio, and there's no way they stay as healthy as last year (however i was a huge fan of how kelly and his staff track player progress and training, the rest of the league is trying something like that out too now). The Eagles defense was nothing special either. Plus they lost a couple guys on offense. Sproles is a nice pick up but i think his best days are past him. Mccoy hasn't done much against the Gmen in a while either. They will be in every game more than likely, but i think the NFC East is up for grabs. If the giants completely fall apart then it should be a total regime change.

Day 4 Monday 8/11 Hello cosmo, Romance in paris, Penn and Teller

The day began similarly to the previous two, I went by myself to dupar’s for breakfast. I kept thinking to myself how awesome absinthe was. I really enjoyed it. Not much of a line, it being monday morning around 930. I again sat at the counter and got the eggs benedict with two pancakes for the second time. Food was still awesome even for the 3rd time. I can’t believe it took me 5 trips to discover this place. I had a short conversation about it with a guy who was paying the bill on the way out as i was. He said it was his second day in a row there. I don’t know what’s in their food, but it’s delicious and addictive as far as breakfast goes. As i type this i want some of their pancakes right now.

Walked back to the nugget and proceeded to drop 60 on craps. Not much to say besides that. E got room service pancakes which i could tell were nowhere as good as the ones i just had. We cleaned up and packed our stuff to head for the Cosmopolitan. Good riddance. The Nugget is a black cloud of gambling for me. Besides that, E didn’t care for the place at all, and i was happy to change the vibe of the trip.

Cabbed it to the Cosmo via the strip. Passing by, we saw a line to get in the pawn stars place. What a waste. It was a little after 12 when we got the front desk to check in. We had a Terrace Studio booked. We were offered an upgrade to the east side facing the fountains for 30 more a night. Eh no thanks. Looks like the $20 trick would not have done me much anyway. We did get in our room right away however.

23rd floor Room was nice, couch area with small kitchenette and it’s own tv. Nice closet space. Open window to bathroom, and of course a terrace facing the deconstructing harmon towers of city center. Could see MGM Grand and NYNY too. I felt pretty beat from all my losing, and did not feel like it for a while. After just hanging around and getting acquainted, i made a reservation for the Eiffel Tower restaurant in paris. E loves the view and the seafood soup they had there was fantastic last time we went.

We took a look around the casino, E winning at least 150 on a Ghostbusters penny machine. I still hadn’t found the horseshoe.
Afterwards, we explored around the property and checked out the various art pieces the cosmopolitan features in many areas. E went back to the room, and i decided to get a quick bite from china poblano. I had the lamb dumplings. Pretty good and unique, but pricey (12 something) for only 6 pieces. Only had a water for a drink. I’d go back, but certainly not for the value. I played a little bit of stand up blackjack near the 2nd floor escalator that they run intermittently during i don’t know what kind of hours. Broke even after a couple of shuffles and let it be.

We both got dressed for dinner in our “vegas finest” as to satisfy the dress code at the restaurant. I had a dress shirt open collar, black blazer, jeans and black slip-on deer stags. E had a dress with a light red top.
Walked around Paris for a little while, hoping to play war but the table wasn’t running. Went up a little after 530 to the restaurant. We were seated immediately.

Unfortunately that soup we had a couple years ago was seasonal and not on the menu. We shared a grilled shrimp appetizer, which consisted of only 2 shrimp with some watermelon and greens. $24 was a lot for this dish, presentation or not. E got a filet mignon for dinner with au gratin potatoes in addition to a specialty cocktail.
I got the beef wellington. BW was good with the port wine reduction but nothing earth shattering. The au gratin potatoes don’t even compare to the Vic and Anthony’s one.The snap peas that it came with were very good though. We got a banana soufflé which was definitely a highlight. Great flavor and light enough to have after a nice meal. They make good soufflés i must say. I think i enjoyed it a little more than the chocolate one but you can’t go wrong with any of them.

Bill was 204 after tax. Not unexpected but damn. Bellagio Fountains were nice and all, but this is definitely one of those pay for the view type of things. Service was Excellent throughout. No complaints about that.

We walked through paris and ballys to get the Rio shuttle for the penn and teller show. E stopped in ballys to play some roulette after losing about $60 on blackjack in paris.
I like the renovations at Ballys, much nicer than in previous years. Not that same old look it had. I think E lost a little on roulette but pocketed enough to cash out a couple green chips.
The shuttle line was really long and we had to wait for a second one. People started asking me questions about the shuttle schedule and stuff like that, i guess i looked important in my blazer and dress shirt. No i’ve just been here a lot.

Picked up our tickets, about 10 rows from the stage one of us an aisle seat. Got a magic bullet drink from the bar before heading in. Good specialty drink. Show was good. A few new routines from what i saw 3 years ago, but a good chunk of similar or the same ones. We enjoyed the show and got pictures with the both of them afterwards.

Cabbed it back to Cosmo. I thought of getting Some good ol ping pang pong from the gold coast, but E was having a case or sore feet and we were both still full enough from dinner. A shame, i’ve never left a loser from the Gold Coast and regret not getting some potstickers or gobo beef. to me, their potstickers are damn near worth the trip alone. I do regret not getting some grub from there this trip.

After we go back to the hotel, took a couple of pictures on the terrace and then went to bed afterwards. Watched the tv for a little while before nodding off.

I realized that on most of my trips, i never seem to gamble much on days where i change hotels. Maybe a comfort thing? In any case i didn’t lose anything at the tables.

    Day 4 in the books.

I think Jerry Reese has done a poor job at the skill positions to be honest. The receivers other than Cruz and the lack of TE are worrisome. I like the Jennings signing and think he can be a good solid back. Eli has to bounce back off his poor season and poor start to the pre-season. But much like Foles will not repeat his previous numbers I cannot see Eli being that poor again.

Foles, even though he stepped his game up tonight, still looks a bit off. I know he's not going 27-2 again but I would expect him to go 20-9 or somewhere in the ballpark. I love Ertz and Celek is a solid number two which is good because of the way Chip's offense runs...TEs are very important. They have a nice stable of backs too...Shady, Sproles, Tucker and my underdog Henry Josey looks good.

The Giants/Eagles games are always fun and I am looking forward to this season.

One thing we do know...Dallas is destined for another 8-8 or worse year. Warms my heart.
