MyVegas Free play while using reward nights

Hey All,

The freeplay now requires that you are a guest of the hotel you want the freeplay from. I will be staying at Monte Carlo and MGM this week via rewards. Does anyone know if I would be still be eligible for the freeplay?

 

My experience last week was my friend checked in, added me to the room (was not my reservation or name on it) and I got to cash in the free play for $25 (we stayed 2 night). So easy, doesn't even have to be your room!!!

 

Should not be a problem. As the previous post says, make sure the name(s) of the person on the my vegas free play is on the room.
The wife and I are wrapping up 4 nights at the Monte Carlo (using My Vegas comp nights; 2 in her name/2 in mine) and we had no problem using a $50 free play each.

It was a problem for me at Aria, they would not let my wife redeem her free play. They stated that it was 1 FreePlay reward per room. I challenged that information but it didn't matter.

 

That sucks because they were dead wrong. Unfortunately MLife routinely makes mistakes regarding MyVegas, especially when a new reward like the FreePlay comes out. Not that it will change what happened to you but you should report this to PlayStudios.

 

They are still known for screwing up the old rewards.
