MyVegas Gifts from Friends don't get added to my chip count

Has anyone noticed this ?

I just noticed that when I accept the 50 chip gifts from my " neighbors " sometimes MyVegas shorts me. For example 5 gifts x 50 chips I should receive 250 chips, right, well not so fast, I only got 150. It doesn't short me everytime, but more like every 3rd or 4th time.
Has anyone else noticed this ?
And don't misunderstand me, this small "potatoes" doesn't bother me, but I do wonder about something larger going missing from my account...

 

That has happened to me, I log in a few times just to get all my chips

free chip offers on FB or Email, counter never moves sometimes...

what I have noticed to the plus, is that sometimes, friend's gifts include LPs!! when did that start?

 

So, NOT COMPLAINING either, but to answer your question, Yes I have NOTICED this. every so often I'll get 10 when I should get 50.
But I also know that being free, there is not much to complain about... as I'm about to cash in on two front row seats to Zarkana, a mid-week comp night, and $50 at MC.

My experience (over 1,000 MyVegas friends who send chips daily ) Is that if you have more than 5-6 people sending you chips at a time, or you've had more than 2,000 "free" chips from friends in a day, it cuts the actual amount you get in half, then half again. I've had 12 people send me 80 chips before!! But hey, like everyone else is saying, there free chips so it's not the biggest deal.

I guess there is some kind of daily limit...

and yes, free is free, and myVegas rules!

 

This happens ALL the time. Today I logged in and I had 11 gifts from friends at 50 each. I hit collect, and I only received a total of 450 red chips and 45 LPs SHould have been 550 and 55, right?

Later, I logged in and had three gifts of 50 each. Hit collect and...nothing. The little coins never drifted to the top to get added to my chip counts.

This happens pretty much every day. I noticed it months ago. Is this normal?

 

What is happening is.....your friends can only send you gifts once per day (may be twice, not positive) and sometimes you may see a screen pop up if your game is idle for a while that says "send gifts", people are clicking on that every time it pops up and its prompting the program (my terminology isn't right lol...but) to send you gifts. If you have already received from those people for the "24 hour period" then you will not get credit for them again.
Hopefully that explains it.....some people will click and click all day long on that pop up, but its only gonna send you that gift once
