What kind of show is the Blue Man Group? I saw on youtube it looked like mostly just music and drumming. Is there more to it?

Would you recommend that, or a Cirque Du Soleil or Rose.Rabbit.Lie show instead?

Wellmel, what kind of show are you looking for? The three you listed are all very different. That being said, I like Absinthe too

No specific type of show in mind, just something entertaining - not stand up. They all sound cool, just not sure which would be the best to watch. We're trying to plan a show for 6/19, and I get discounted tickets at my work for these and other shows.

Absinthe is very funny, but also raunchy. RRL is produced by the same group. Cirque and BMG are mostly performers, not really any dialogue (at least at the Cirque shows I have seen). Absinthe is my favorite show in vegas and I am seeing it for the second time later this summer. If you're wanting something different, maybe Penn and Teller is the way to go. Not quite magic, not quite stand up, and not quite social commentary, but all very interesting and good.

We LUV Blue Man Group. Weve seen them a few times in Vegas.
One time in the back of audience, but it wasn't good back that far.........

Just did an NCL cruise in April, where BMG performed almost nightly
Very similar to Vegas show, and they came out in the audience more.
Seats near Front are the best. This is NOT the show to Sit in the back, or it won't seem as funny.
You really need to be Closeup.
And it was FREE on the ship. Fantastic! Was able to see it twice, for FREE. My favorite price.
