Quality wise I don't see a whole lot of difference so just good, fast and never wondering, where the heck is my drink?

I think they have all gone down hill in the last 5-7 years so I'll be interested to see what other say.

Of the one's I go to, PH, MGM and Aria are ok.

Always thought Mirage had the best, fastest service. Try the Mirage PiƱa Colada!

I don't think any place fits for where is the best or where is the worst, etc for cocktail service... that it all depends on where you are, how busy is the casino and who your waitress is that evening and how she is feeling.

I've always thought Mirage had the best for overall casino coverage and speed of service but then on our last trip the service was pretty bad no matter where we were in the casino and for the part of the trip where we were staying at Monte Carlo one night the service was very very good but the next night in the same spot in the casino (Spin Poker machines right in the middle) and with the same waitress as the night before it was pretty bad service where I only saw her twice out of three hours.

And normally Aria is pretty good but same trip I spent about 10 hours in their casino over two days and didn't get a single drink from a cocktail waitress: they were just never around in my area.

You might be right, just hit and miss at most places.

This past trip I had the best cocktail service at Aria and Cosmo. I played at Aria about 75% of my trip and very rarely had bad service. I like to start the morning off with some slots, a cigarette and a coffee with Baileys and the gal helping me on the first morning was quick. She happened to work the next few days I was there also and she would have one in my hands within a few minutes of sitting down. Service was also good later on when I was playing blackjack.

I was only at Cosmo during the day and the area I was playing in was dead so I'm pretty sure the reason I got such great service was because the $2 tip I was giving her was probably the only tips she was getting at that time.

One thing not mentioned is tipping. Tip and they will return, it doesn't hurt to be personable either. One other thing is take a bit of time and watch the CW. Learn her route and if you can seek out which door or bar she goes to.

It's taken time to learn this but if you apply it you might just drown in drinks like we do, except for once but then my GF gave it another look and then the drinks were flowing again.

I couldn't agree more. It may not always help, but it certainly never hurts. I always make eye contact with the server, say please when ordering, and thank you upon receiving the drink.

The Margaritaville Casino has some of the best CW's around. They are literally at your service because the station is just around the corner.
Sure, they wear bikini's, but that's a non factor. The service is damn good.
I will be at Margaritaville in a few days, and once again i expect nothing but great service.
Bikini's are not a distraction...........the CW's could be dressed as Amish, i wouldn't care, it's all about getting my Diet Sprite in a timely manner with a smile.

I have been preaching this method for years............just go to harrahs and sit at a nickel slot machine outside of the door where the cocktail waitress goes.. it is usually behind the bar.........tip her a 1 dollar everytime and that will be her first stop ............ just sit there for about 2 hours with friends and get your drink on.......

Highest quality for me is either Cosmo or Bellagio.

Cosmo has the strongest & tastiest cocktails, IMO.

Bellagio's aren't quite as strong, but their serving glasses are larger than the other strip hotels (by far).

I'll give honorable mention to Quad. They apparently adopted the Rio method of one order-taker entering your drink into a tablet and then it's delivered in only a few minutes. They did not come around as frequently as they do (did?) at the Rio, but it seemed to work well.

I've found that the service is better off Strip. On a recent trip the service at Arizona Charlies was a DUI summons just waiting to happen! :) Sams Town has been inconsistently good. Sometimes they are back long before you finish a drink, otherwise it seems like you're in a 12 step program.

Wonder why they don't use what Harrah's Rincon does. You order on the machine your playing.

Best service we have had anywhere hands down was at Rio, the only exception is at Mandalay Bay when our fav CW is working then MB wins. Next would be Wynn, Bellagio, Cosmo, Venetian and Aria which are all pretty equal IME. WORST though goes to MGM where we have never had a CW ever come up to us, followed closely by TI.

The Quad did have great service this past week. It was kind of toss up as who would be coming by, the CW, or the floor host to take your order...regardless I only had to order a drink about every other round made by one of the two.
I wouldn't plan on playing in the front of the Quad during the summer months though. With the open doors on both sides of the property it was already a little warm up there...couldn't help but think they forgot to run ac ducts to the front during the remodel lol.
Honestly I've always had good service wherever I have played...as others have said, smile, say please and thank you, and don't forget to tip. The drinks are free but the service isn't...not if you want to keep getting the service!

Cosmo wins in all categories in my experience. Bellagio loses; I have sat over a hour without even seeing a server.

My best luck has always been Bellagio, Cosmo, Luxor, Ballys and Paris. Worst luck being Venetian, Caesar's and Mirage (during the day)
