I'm booked on on Boyd comp. My mailer either had a food credit or free slot play and I can't seem to find it. Is it really necessary to bring the mailer to the players club to receive it or can they give it to me without it?

    Thanks!

I'm in the same boat. Hopefully someone knows. I could swear I have every other mailer they have ever sent me, but cant find the one I actually need.

You'll be fine without the mailer as the player's club can find your offer in the computer. Just be sure to have your ID.

Good to know. After about 30 minutes of looking I gave up...then subsequently found it 5 minutes later. Funny how easy it is to find things when you aren't looking for them. :)

Thanks for the responses...I won't have to stress out about it if it happens again:beer:

Yes, even though every Boyd mailer says you must present it, no need.
