No problem. Also if you make your way to Fremont Street most hotels charge for parking but will validate at the cage for 3 hours. We usually just move the car a couple times or park at Main Street Station 2 blocks away for free and walk.

100% free everywhere on the strip and off, valet and self. Just tip the valet. Downtown is a different story. Last time we went we just valet at Golden Nugget and it was free.

    That's changing downtown.

El Cortez, MSS, and California are adding parking fees. Look to others to follow.

I prefer to park at Cosmo. Each level shows you how many open spaces. When you enter the garage and begin your decent, drive in and turn at the first left, then left again and wind your way down a couple of levels without driving around each level. Then, just look for the green lights, those are the empty spots. You can quickly find one near the elevators. Easy access from East or West sides on Harmon. You never have to drive down LV Blvd. Parking is free.

Was just talking to a buddy about this parking garage - love the report signs and the green/red lights to find your spot. I wish every garage did this!

If you simply want to park to have walking access to the Las Vegas Strip, try this, my favorite Strip parking tip:

Valet park at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace.

They have valet parking right by the front doors of the Forum Shops and right next the the entrance to the Mirage and a pedestian crosswalk to Harrahs.

    1. Take I-15 and exit at Spring Mountain Road.
    2. Take Las Vegas Blvd south. (You can't get into the lot northbound on the Strip because of the median.)
    3. Just past the Mirage, turn right into the Forum Shops vallet lot.

It's a great location for all points north and south from the center Strip.

A $2.00 or $3.00 tip to the valet attendant when you pick up the car is sufficient for what I consider to be the most convenient parking on the strip.
