I emailed conceirge to get some clarification on what Marriott benefits are even still honored. Unfortunately the upgrade from sedan to limo has been discontinued. I stated that I am Gold Elite at Marriott and she indicated that I may use the marriott checkin to the left of the front desk area. Is this the same as Identity Platinum check in? I'm Identity Gold and last time i stayed at Cosmo was over a year ago on marriott points.

I asked these questions in an email reply, still awaiting a response.

Marriott Platinums check in at the "VIP Room", which is where Identity Platinums check-in as well. Not sure where Marriott Golds check-in... never knew they had a special area at the Front Desk.

The Cosmo concierge responded. It turns out that Marriott Gold does get to use the special check in area which is now called the "Autograph Lounge" which is to the left of the front desk area. I assume it's called this because it's a part of the Autograph Collection of hotels. The area right behind Vesper Bar is now the concierge desk. The Autograph Lounge is also to have coffee, tea and snacks from 6a-12p each day.

I'm interested in the limo option. Can you please explain this?

An upgrade to limo if you booked a sedan used to be an option for Marriott Gold Elite. The concierge has informed me this perk is no longer available. You can hire a Cosmo limo though, which is $107 from the airport one-way but all inclusive in terms of taxes, fees and gratuity. I think I'm going to book with Presidential. They're a tad cheaper for round trip and have high praise.

Not really interested in renting a car. Ended up booking a limo with presidential for $133 r/t.
