have seen some signs in several of caesars casinos in ac on their full-pay video-poker machines------they indicate it will now be necessary to play $50 to get 1 credit point------would this be for reward credits or tier credits or both?

Tier credits were based on coin in. I find it hard to believe there are any full pay VP machines in AC.

Sure there are, both Harrahs and Ballys at $1 through $5 levels (and above) for certain games. Caesars at $2 on some machines.

This is bad bad news if they've changed to $50 for 1 credit instead of the usual $10. It was basically my go to game to take advantage of multipliers when I'm there. But I haven't been down there in a few months.

I can handle some $1 VP, so I'll look when I'm in Harrah's. I know on the $.25 level there are none.

there are still some 25c full-pay games in ac-----borgota has 25c 9/6 job----resorts has a ton of 25c 8/5 bp----still trying to determine if the new change is for reward credits or tier credits or both----a certain amount of tier credits would equate to 1 reward credit-----is cet trying to limit the amount of reward credits or make it more difficult to reach diamond status by playing those machines?

Atlantic City is already in big trouble with new casinos coming up in states all round the area. The addition of the threat from Governor Christie that AC has to step it up or have other casinos approved in New Jersey, it's not exactly a good move. I find it hard to believe that it would be $50 coin in for a tier credit, but anything is possible. I know I haven't gotten a bonus rewards credit in ages.

BTW, Caesars AC has few $1/$2/$5 9/6 machines on the first floor. Showboat has 8 9/6 machines near Jackson Square, I think KL or KM at .25/.50/$1. That was as of August this year. Also in the HL slot area has 1 $1/$2 9/6.
These machine are almost always fully occupied.
