Any recommendations for a good cheese (and meat - charcuterie) plates on the strip?

I actually eat pretty light while in Vegas with the exception of 1 big meal, and my travel companion on this go around has similar habits. So, our M.O. for this trip will be to run around and eat small plates as needed.

Since we are both cheese-a-philes - we were hoping to get a suggestion or two about some good spots that might satiate our cheesy desires. :rolleyes2:

    Thanks!

+1 for bouchon, but once when they were closed for the midafternoon when we got out of our trade show and got there, we wound up back at the grand luxe, and were very surprised with the quality, especially for the price, of their charcuterie plate.

While I had issues with the service at Public House (in Palazzo - different brand but same name as the one in Luxor) the charcuterie plate was delicious and the beer selection is good. Just not well labelled and the servers are not quite knowledgeable. Or polite. If I went again, I'd definitely sit at the bar where I could see the tap labels and/or interact with the bartender, who was more engaging than other staff we encountered.

Very good to hear. Thank you.

Great tip. The menu looks fantastic and a bar seat might be a bit more conducive to how we are anyway.

    Thanks again, all. Much appreciated.

Tender at Luxor and Morels at Palazzo have been the most memorable.

That menu looks right up my alley as well. Cheers.

    Nice!

Thanks again everybody, most all of these were places I have never been to or even heard of in some cases.
