Champagne Brunch on Sunday?

    We've pretty much decided on Wynn for our traditional Sunday Champagne brunch when we arrive in January, but just for the heck of it, thought I would see if there is something else we have not tried that might be worth a look. Last trip we did Bellagio, and we've done the Sterling as well. Considering Bacchanal, as we have not tried it, and we are staying at Aria, but the reviews are making us skeptical.

    Not really looking for a non-buffet brunch, any other ideas we should look at?

    i LOVED the MGM champagne brunch.... i NEVER had to ask for a refill love it... AND they have Soft Serve ice cream... not that watery crap they serve almost everywhere else
