Staying at Main Street Station for the first time and have a few getting there and getting around questions. I’ll be drivingfrom Southern California. Do I transition to 95 east and exit at Stewart, or is there a better way to go? I assume valet parking is on the side or behind Main Street.

Two options. Stay on 15 and exit on Charleston (go right) and go to Main Street, then left. Or, just take 15 to 95 all the way to the downtown exit and just take a right at the light. (Stewart) You'll be facing MSS and when you get to Main St, the valet parking will be a left, then a quick right. South end of property. If you do use valet, then you have to walk through the entire casino to get to check in. Surface and structure are closer with luggage.

Other options are their free structure parking, or the surface lot which will be on your right after you exit the freeway. The surface lot has a charge if the gate is down that is redeemable at the cashier cage. If the gate is up and nobody is in the booth, it's free. The structure parking is at the north end of the property, a right turn at Main Street.

Also, once you have a room card at MSS, just flash that at the surface lot and parking is always free.

Just FYI, when checking in at the MSS there is a parking area outside the north entrance. They have about 6 or 7 stalls that are for check ins only. You can unload and check in (no valet outside but there is a bellman near the front desk, guess he could go out to your car and bring in your luggage).

the valet area is on the south side parking lot of the MSS. they will call the bellman to get your bags, the valet will take care of your car but you will probably go with the bellman to check in (the front desk is on the north side of the building).

Joe described how to get to the MSS but the I 15 to 95 and downtown exit is very confusing (they call that area the spaghetti bowl and it fits, you could easily take the wrong cutoff and be going in the wrong direction). Best to get on google maps street view to familiarize yourself with the I 15 in that area and how to get to the downtown exit. Or you can just take the charleston exit if you don't want to get lost.

Mobility impaired; I always use valet and bell service. I expect I’ll get the service I require. I chose MSS partly because of the minimal walking this trip. If I venture to Fremont Street (I want to see the changes at The D), I may rent a scooter but I think the hassles of scooter down town are too many.

Thank you for the help with directions.

After passing the Charleston exit, be sure and be on the right side of the freeway. Take US95 exit South, and take Casino Center exit immediately after joining 95. At the light, turn right on Stewart, as previously suggested.
    Enjoy!

Actually that is a little confusing. After the Charleston exit you need to be in the 2nd or 3rd lanes on the right and take the 95 SOUTH (Phoenix/Downtown LV), exit 42B to get downtown. if you stay in the furthermost right hand lanes you will be taking 95 north to reno and Martin Luther King blvd.

I just wanted to clarify because it is so easy to take the wrong turn off.
