Do the outdoor shows (fountains, Sirens TI, Volcano) still operate in Dec. Jan. Feb? When do the resorts start taking down their Christmas displays, and what type of weather can one expect? DW is thinking of a winter trip and we have never been out then.

Burdog, wind is usually the weather culprit that shuts down some of the attractions, not cold/winter months. Sirens does run in the winter but it's going to shut down at the end of October as they build a shopping area on part the old boat run. Venetian changes part of the waterways into a skating rink but you can still get gondola rides.

Chinese New Year usually comes to Bellagio right after the winter holiday display.

I've never noticed anything not running, unless it's pouring rain or snowing. The weather is generally good in Vegas. We go a lot December. It's usually just chilly.. but they do have days of rain and snow.

I think Venetian and Cosmo have ice skating.
