Road Rage at 1:45 am? More likely alcohol/drug rage.

People are idiots these days...sure you have a lot of people driving like morons but if a person gave it a few seconds thought, would you really jeapordize the rest of your free life and trips to Vegas:wink2: by sitting in jail for murder because someone cut you off?:rolleyes2:

Now days people treat their car like a weapon....it's like having a gun in their hand, all of a sudden their penis is much larger than it really is :evillaughand they're going to "win" regardless of cost.

Get over it and let it go, lifes too short. If you don't, it'll get a whole lot shorter.

You are so right. My kid just started drivers ed. I told him, don't ever freak out at another driver and never flip anyone off. You never know who might be at the end of their rope and just need that little push over the edge to go crazy.

You also never know who's packing a gun away in the glove box!

Looks like car he was in got cut off and he got out of the car with stick/bat and swing at the car and broke the back light. The car made a U turn to face the him middle of the street and shot him. I live 3 miles away from this location and sad to see a people die from road rage.

Edited after reading a news story on this:

First I'll remove my harsher comments on this but secondly I will still say, if you get out of your car with a weapon and head towards another individual or driver you have a VERY high likelyhood of getting shot. That's just the facts. I'd wager here in Texas you can pretty much count on it. Everyone involved is an idiot.

If i had that happen to me, and some nut got out of his car with a club and started swinging at me and my car, I'd gun him down too(if I had a gun and it was in the middle of a pitch black street at night), especially if you're not going to get caught. If that's the way it happened then it's really not a sad story at all, more of a triumph of the human spirit story.

people need to learn to back off and stay cool , life is too short to die over for someone cutting you off on public roads and thats why we have insurance. :peace:

I lived in tx. I think couple years ago woman shot a man after a road incident because the man tried to brake her divers side window to grab her, she was found innocent.
