I think half of VMB is going to be in LV sometime in the next two weeks.

It is going to be boiling hot.

Then I must be crazy too.

I am arriving on 06.26 and staying until 07.03.

According to the forecast, the temperature will never be below 87°.

A few years ago in LV, it was so hot that the battery on my LR4 died.

Lets see 113 average temp when I'll be there. I'll be sure to hydrate myself with extra beer :wink2:

I always pay attention to my departure day... in this case 113! Guess I'll look to rebook a little earlier flight out... few things are worse than navigating the sky-cap line at McCarran with a hangover and 113 heat!

We will be there July 14 - 21. As a Canadian I love it! We get too much cold here for our liking.

Join us then, I bet it would be cheaper for you to go to Vegas :Þ

I live just hours from Banff and Jasper and I don't even go lol. Vancouver, forget it. I can't do 3 night's in Vancouver for less that 7 night's in Vegas.

My girlfriend and myself love live music and usually will attend 4 to 6 major concerts a year. we now wait for the bands we like to do a show in Vegas.

It's a sad thing when the destinations within our own Country have almost priced themselves out of business.

Sucks....we're going to be there next week right in the thick of it. Worst part is part of our stay is at MGM and every time I've stayed there on really hot days I could never get the temperature in the room cool enough. In fact the last time I remember that being an issue I was staying in the same exact type of faux-suite I'm staying in this trip. I called maintenance hoping they could jack up the power or something, they messed around with it and said it should cool down more but nothing changed.

I love going when it's hot like that. I know which casinos I can sneak in one door and out another to cool off for a few minutes while making my way up the strip. Plus I enjoy being at the pool...spend some time laying out, then get in the water for a while. Though I did learn a lesson about remembering my flip flops the hard way....

Yes! Keep an eye on the weather reports. It is pretty bad, I was up in Edmonton and getting some messy weather but nothing like these reports.

Yep, I am excited for the heat next week. I will be there Tues thru Friday. I just got back from Hawaii, and it was 85 everyday, that just about killed me because of the humidity. In Vegas, 105 doesnt bother me much.
