    Hello,

I think I know the difference between a room comp vs a room offer, but maybe not. Is it better to book one over the other?

For a CET property when I put in the offer code I am offered the lowest level room and in the price box it states "offer". Below that higher level rooms (Strip View) show available with bold print stating "Not available with your offer" but in price box shows the word "comp".

Does booking an offer mean they would expect less of me? As opposed to a comp where I may have to play to an expected level?

Should I book the lower level room using the "offer" or the Strip view using "Comp"? Either way it is free so does it even make a difference?

    Thank you

Comp or offer should not matter.

But, as stated here almost daily, skip doing the offers and log in, then do the rate calendar. Often the free/comp room you can get are better than any offers.
