Try to change the dates that you are looking for. I noticed that the last time I logged in it was only showing tier discounts too, but it had saved my trip date for the September trip I was looking at and I don't have any offers that far out. I changed the date to July and a bunch of stuff came through. But there is one offer that is still missing. If you call VIP services, they should have all your offers for that hotel.
But I will not doubt their website is screwy... there have been many occasions that an offer was there, then gone a couple weeks later

    called it quits with m-life

I have given up on M-Life. Reminds me of the drama with a crazy girlfriend. Never know whats next.

I went back to V/P and they rolled out the red carpet. The comps are the better than they have ever been. No games - they are very straightforward with everything about what you comps will and wont cover.

I was considering switching to V/P or Wynncore, but the dining options that MLife offer are just too good to compare to V/P.

Still no summer offers or corp for me but fortunately I do everything through my host so not to concerned. Another note we tried Palazzo again for 3 nights after a 3 year boycott. Arrived at 1 pm on a tuesday, waited/fought for a room for over 6 hours.

I will stay loyal to mlife. Arrived sky suites 9am, was in my room 9:10 am

    Sheldon you loose again!

Mlife has blessed me with Corporate offers. Just this am. They suck but they are there.

I just got my summer offers a couple days ago. They continue the decline from winter (3 days comped, resort credit) to spring (2-3 days comped, resort credit) to now (1-2 days comped, no resort credit, resort fees not waived).

Hosts seem able to do better. Which is a relief, because MGM properties are the only ones with good blackjack rules outside the HL room anymore.

No. I am platinum and there is only one material offer on mlife site (MGM Grand's "The Buzz:Summer 2013").

I can't even book a room on mlife. I get this error: <BackendTechnicalError>[Technical Error]

Then when I call them they won't match prices in my mlife account.

    Anyone have any advice?

Call again and talk to someone else.

However, are the prices you're seeing listed as "Starting at $XX", or "from $XX per night"? If so, it just means that will be the cheapest rate, based on day of week and business volume, etc. For some reason those never seem to be the nights I'm looking for.

    I don't understand

Received the following offer online after logging in to Mlife today:

    The Ts+Cs include the following:

Now I don't have any Express Comps - I have a Platinum Card but haven't set foot in an MGM Casino in 2 years.
Are they actually saying : We are making this offer to you but if you do not gamble to our expectations we may charge you whatever we choose for any or all components of this offer which we have said are complimentary

No, I am pretty sure they mean that any Express Comps you earn during the trip may be used to pay off some/all of the $125 in resort credit.

So they are just saying, "don't use those Express Comps for other stuff unless you gambled decently".
