I just returned home from Vegas and I played at all CET properties... Luckily I hit a bunch for mostly VP and Craps.... CoolCanuck and I played some BJ At Margarita-ville on Friday night for a few hours..... Anywho I got a Tier Score of 4713 from Friday to Friday. I didnt play everyday and obviously somedays were heavier than other..... How do I figure out my Coin In ? Also what are the chances of a host maybe contacting me on my play..... Thanks guys
Can't tell your coin in unless you know how many bonus tier points you got for days that you went over 500 or 1,000. You would also need to minus out your craps and blackjack play. If all 4713 tier points came from VP your coin in would be $47,130, but that is probably not the case.
NJ: Gotcha.... I know for a fact I didnt go over 1000 TC in one day.... I know I probably hit 500 a few days for a fact.....
Well you get a 125 tc bonus for each day you hit 500. Say you hit that 5 days. That would be a bonus of 500 tier credits and 4,213 earned. You could also earn points for dining and hotel charges, so you may have got some that way. I know in AC if you play slots/vp, the machines give you your total for the day when you put in your player card. It even adds in your table play. I always check when I am getting ready to call it a day, because I don't want to just miss out on a bonus.
Regular slots are 1 tier for every $5 coin in. VP is 1 tier for every $10 coin in. Pretty clean cut. As to a host contacting you... do not count on much. You MIGHT get a call from a so called host saying they will help on your next trip. But, in reality, they are glorified reservation agents.
I am with you and to be honest.... I just want really free rooms to keep pouring in..... I hope I did enough damage to warrant that......
That is enough play for room comps all over CET land, except perhaps some weekends at CP. Doubtful a host will contact you but your mailbox will be full.
There is no way to know your coin-in since you played craps and no one can tell you how many points that earned you. I don't think a host will contact you though because I earn about the same 500+ TCs per day in Tunica and never had a host call me on their own. In vegas the average play is prolly bigger than it is here so it would stand out even less.
I had a host contact me when I was Plantinum earning 3,000+ teir credits a day. My husband gambles more like you do but is now diamond. He never has been contacted by a host. I like not using a host. I think I get more.
JD and CS Thanks for replying... To be honest I just want the free hotel rooms coming I think I did enough by justifying that.... at least I did in my mind ha
You should get free rooms without a problem. Don't think you need a host to get the good rooms either. I was given the petite suite at Caesars (and 3 cruises) without using a host.
If you were earning 3,000 TC's a day how were you platinum? Wouldn't you be Diamond in just 3 days? Or did you only gamble 2 days for the year? :confused2:
This happened last year. There is now DID on the CET website. Before it was kind of a word of mouth. Trust me I tried to get the DID. It seems each place has there own rules. I was told 4,000 was needed for DID but I also played at two casino's. It has to be just one. Each person I talked to told me something different. It does not bother me now because I did get diamond in a very short time anyway. I would rather be a real diamond than DID.
Getting a bit off topic, but assume you mean Diamond in a Day with DID. These days, for most people, there is a much easier way. Each day with at least 2,500 points gets 5,000 bonus. Do that for two days and you are Diamond. Nothing special or any rules to worry about.
Heck yeah a host should have contacted you at over 3000 TCs per day and from your posts it sounds like you go to Vegas a lot and play strictly slots. That mean over 15k coin-in per day and a theo loss of easily over 1k per day. Roughly equivalent to a 500/hand blackjack player for four hours. I'm surprised you mentioned before you don't get much of anything from Mlife. With that kind of play you should be RFB or close to it at Mlife and have a much better selection of suites and restaurants than the ones you're getting at CET. Your play is basically at the level for Seven Stars or NOIR if you play 20 days per years under either program. As far as real diamond vs DIAD there is no difference. Its the same exact Diamond. But DIAD will expire in March of the following year unless you do it in December in which case it expires in March of the year after next. Getting DIAD doesn't mean you wouldn't get the normal Diamond expiration if your play earned that status as well during the year. But as nostresshere pointed out, DIAD is now a pointless relic since you can get the normal Diamond expiration with the same coin-in if you just split it over 2 days.
Yes, but CET looks at this very differently--you earned the 4700 points over 8 days, which is roughly about 500 tier credits per day plus the 125 bonus. CinnamintStick is saying she plays about 6 times as much per day. It is the average daily play, not the overall total, which will determine your offers. 500 pts/day is good enough for room comps most days at most properties. Probably not weekends at Caesars Palace. It looks like CinnamintStick had a corner room in Augustus tower, which you might not get either.
I live close so I mostly do weekend trips. Being a foodie and the lack of restaurants is one bitch I have about CET. Most of the time I don't even use dinning credit. But like I said before, MGM has never done much for me. I do eat at Bellagio and Aria but I don't play there much anymore. Wynn would probably be my second choice for easy to get comps. The Wynn has been very good to me and most of the food is great. I just don't like some of there deposits. I go there when I need a change.
If you want the nicest rooms your ADT has to be high. Almost anyone that gives play, will get free rooms somewhere. It is not your bankroll or total tier score. In my opinion it is how much you risk per hour of play. The reason I feel this way is I have played on other people cards. They got very nice rooms at Caesars on very little play (less than 300 teir credits) at $6 minimum bet. I play fast. My risk per hour is high. Thats how my daughter had her whole wedding party stay at Caesars free. I had fun doing it. I think I have a advantage in that I don't have to make my money last 8 days. I can play hard and leave. Sometimes with money. Sometimes not. If I stay longer than my money will last, I just don't play. I find other things to do. If I just feel like playing a 25 cent machine, I don't put my card in. It is nice not to answer to a host. No pressure. It all about fun anyway.
