Nice! Good luck getting on that table Sat. night though. And what's annoying is that half of the table will probably be betting more than $5. :grrr:

I got excited for a minute....than I realized this thread was about blackjack.

$5 BJs was going to be the best deal in Vegas!

Much like a $5 buffet, it will surely leave you with an illness later that night :wink2:

I was there Saturday night and people were waiting "a while" just to get a chance to sit and play.

BJ pays 6 to 5 but thats a given.

Yeah looks can be deceiving... It's $5, but make sure to look out for the one pit they have where BJ pays a fair 3:2. I actually saw some spots open on a week end night in the 3:2 pit. All the other pits BJ pays 6:5, which more than triples the house edge! Stay away from these games. Just be sure to ask where the 3:2 game is.

    MGM having 6:5? WOAH! lol

Also, I'll play 6:5 if that's all I can find. BJ is more of a game I sit and play for an hour or 2 a trip just to play. If I was betting more than $5-10 or for more hours I'd be concerned about the pays, but at the amount that I play it doesn't bother me. I will choose a 3:2 game if it's available at $5 or 10, though.

Bellagio has historically a $5 or $10 handicap table (low to the ground for wheelchair users) 24/7/365. They reserve the two spots at third base for wheelchair users, but the general public is allowed to play they other four spots. It was BJ 3/2 payout in the past (hopefully it's still 3/2).

I thought the prevailing thinking here was that when times are tough, casino get cheaper with less free booze, worse odds on games, tighter machines and higher limits.

Thats what i glean from the threads lately.

I remember going to Slots a Fun a few years ago where they advertised $2 blackjack. It was just one table and totally full with the scariest guys you've ever seen.

I never find this mythical table. Is it always in a certain pit?

Here is a link of a Bellagio Property Map - pdf file:

Link - The Legend of $5-$10 Bellagio 3/2 Blackjack

There is a casino cage (the MILFe desk is on the other side of it), just to the west of Club Hyde. I have always seen the table North up the path (toward Caesars / Flamingo Ave.) on the left-hand side short of the high limit slots area. I'm not sure if the game is auto shuffle (though it probably is at this point).

I haven't been in the Bellagio for close to a year, but it has been in that spot for a long time. Bellagio also has lower limit tables near the Lobby (near Hermes). I believe, but I am not certain, that those games are auto-shuffle 3/2 shoe (6 or 8 deck) BJ games.

I play blackjack in the pit in between the Casino Cage and Club Prive. On weekdays mornings and afternoons, you can find the strips best green chip rules (the pit closest to the craps tables and the cage). The surrounding tables have worse rules, but are still at $25 level. There are no auto shuffle tables in this pit.

I hope others who visit more frequently can confirm or pinpoint the location.

I've usually seen one or two tables at bellagio offering $5 blackjack. One is near the lobby but on the side facing away from the main walkway thru the casino. The other one I think is in the middle of the casino.

I've been to Bellagio multiple times and have never seen $5 BJ. I think the lowest I have ever seen was $10 or $15 during a weekday and that was on their CSM tables right behind the hotel check in area.

If it's the table I'm thinking of, it's basically the closest table to the lobby on the far right, from the perspective of someone standing in the lobby and facing down the casino. It's directly behind the Big Wheel, and it's lower than the regular blackjack tables (it has regular chairs instead of stools, and two spaces reserved for handicapped players). I don't specifically recall it ever being $5, but I do remember several occasions where it was $10 while the rest of the casino was $15.

I've played $10 CSM on weeknights at the pit by the entrance from Caesars near the Bank.
