I'm rather disappointed in the "new" Aliante after my visit this week. One of the pit bosses gave me bad information after I complained about how they had wiped out the table players comp balances. He said that my table comps were still available for use at any Stations Casino - not true. He was either badly misinformed (shouldn't be since he was a pit boss) or just lied about it.

I asked a pit boss at Boulder Station and he said he could SEE my play at other properties but could only give comps based on my play at HIS casino (Boulder Station); not at any other Station properties...which pit bosses at Aliante would have known, having worked for Station..Even I knew that, just being a player. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked.

I had also passed on to him that the Aliante website incorrectly says that their Fortune Pai Gow is linked (like it used to be with all other Station Casinos) but it is not. The jackpot is a crummy $13,000 compared to $138,000 at Station Casinos...Who's the new Table Games Manager or head of gaming at Aliante, Sue Casey? That error is STILL on the website now..If they want to say that THEIR couple of tables are linked, big deal. Only one table or ZERO tables are open most of the time...so again, big deal. Linked means that you have multiple casinos linked up with dozens or hundreds of tables adding to the pot...

Aliante should have made note of what comp balances players had at their casino and matched it for the "new" Aliante, like they're doing with slot club points...

While I like the casino and most of the employees there (only reason I go back since it is a half hour at least from most anywhere in Las Vegas) they really should have thought this changeover better. Only positive was that the pit boss (I know his name but won't embarrass him here) was nice enough, even though I was giving him crap about taking away my banked comps...and he did write us up a couple breakfast buffets (based on our play that morning). What was odd was that they don't seem to have a paper system for comps anymore since he had to walk us over to the buffet and sign the receipt...Pretty lame if someone wants a comp and will use it later..

I just called Aliante. After waiting 5 mins to transfer to an operator. I asked for the players clubb. Well the girl answers. "HELLO I'M GOING TO HAVE TO PUT YOU ON HOLD CUZ I'M HELPING PEOPLE". After several minutes I hung up. Anyone know if you have Chairman card will you get 100 free play?

They should get a shuttle from the airport and strip, I think that could help them.

The title of this got me real nervous, as I have a legacy hotel reservation via Priceline... I know the post isnt related but does anyone anticipate me having problems using this prepaid reservation that was made BEFORE the changeover in December?

If so, what should I do? Ick.

Hope they get their act together...
Also, for sports tickets I assume I need to take THOSE to a station casino as well? I have a Super Bowl bet through them... not saying ill hit it, BUT -- still another unknown

They have (had) for November point multipliers every day of the week. Swipe your card to get the multiplier.

They had some issues calculating the point multipliers on Wednesdays, where all seniors got 10 points. Keep track of what you should get. The slot club management will adjust if the correct points are not on your card.

Aliante is NOT matching slot club points. Points you had before the changeover are still on your Stations card and are not good at Aliante. Everyone at Aliante starts with zero points.

I'm afraid I have no idea who is in charge of table games now. I only know the pit managers who were there before, such as Brad and Darleen. They are good sources of information.

Hotel reservations made before the changeover are being honored.

Sports tickets are good at any Station Casino.

No, you don't get $100 free play for having a Chairman card. Many people were sent free play offers for the grand opening weekend, but those expired Nov. 4th.

Sue, the pit bosses were telling us that Aliante would match the amount of points I had on my Stations card if I had a new card made at the slot club booth...

After I complained on the Aliante Facebook page, the lady that handles that put me in touch with David (the table games mgr), who said he would "take care of" me the next time I came in...whatever that means...
