After reading BlueSkadoo's thread about shoes for her male friend, I thought it might be fun to discuss the shoes we enjoy wearing in Las Vegas.

    Here are mine:

and my current running shoes (when they were new):

So what shoes do you love to wear when you're in Las Vegas?

I like to wear shoes like these...

But most of the time when I'm stomping the strip, it's these...

I only wear them in Las Vegas

I have a pair of "Spectator Shoes" that I only wear in Las Vegas. These are my favorite shoes and I save them, exclusively, for Las Vegas.

Of course! Many of us spend a signficant amount of time while in Las Vegas wearing various types of sneakers/cross-trainers/running/walking shoes.

Ahhhh, Merrell. I had that shoe (the Ladies' size 6 version...) several years ago. They were the most comfortable non-athletic shoes I've ever owned.

Thanks Kelly. Love the shoes, and they are actually kind of comfortable. I pretty much wear them downtown or when I know I won't be walking a lot while on the strip. I love to go "retro" every once in a while and LV is a great place to do it.......:peace:

I wear cute flip flops all day , I have cute feet..perfect diagonal toes not the 2nd toe longer than the big toe, no hammer toes, bunions or other gross things..I take pride in my feet. At night I have cute non-heeled sandals or blinged out flip flops (yellow box type) I like to keep it comfy for dancing all night long but still look cute.

Flats! Sandals, tennies, even flip-flops. You *WILL* be walking quite a bit! I haven't done heels in Las Vegas for years.

I don't wear heels to trek up and down the Strip, or for my 5-6 mile run each morning (that's what my running shoes are for). But I wouldn't wear running shoes or other flats (and certainly not flip-flops) to a club/lounge or to dinner in a nice restaurant.

Different shoes for different activities. That's how I've done Las Vegas for years :peace:
