    I'mm just going to post photos in order, and you can put together, only photo missing is the entree of Cap of Ribeye and Roasted Shallots. All was excellent and this was the first time I ever ate an oyster.

    Thanks for posting with pics! Spoke to a co-worker about the experience he had here in May and was overjoyed to tell me how good the taste and experience was.

    nice pics and looks like you had a great dinner. i've never dined at JR but i'm about 90% thinking about doing it this next trip. if i do it, i'll definitely do the degustation menu just because i think you have to experience it that way. how much was the bill for this tasting menu? did you get any wine?

    Do it, Shifter! JR is so worth every minute away from the baccarat table. I'll join you if you need company for that delicious meal!

    This really is one of the understated values of the strip. For the price you pay the food is amazing! That's the great thing about this town. I'd recommend going with the pairing though even if you're not a big wine person, just to get the full experience.

    I was looking for somewhere to dine after the UFC on July 7th and I think I have found it thanks for sharing.

    Just have to convince the others I'm going to the fight with as well, a quick link to this thread should do the trick!
