I'd also be interested on those odds because i did it in like 12 hours at the Bellagio, yet was some how still down for the trip, god I'm a degenerate.

depends how fast you play. full time like a job you should probably hit once a week. 1 in 40,000 hands, playing 1,000 hands an hour. That is a pretty rapid pace to be accurate though I think.

That's not taking into account stopping for your drink service and the odd picture of premium 4 oaks... so really with us degenerates it should come to once a year.

well i've know gaggles about a year and I can think of at least 4 royals during that time. $4K at Casino Royale, $4k at Bally's, $8K at Bills, and I guess we didn't know him yet at wynn hit $4K there.

Yeah but you chase 4x more than any of us so that works out.:evillaugh

Hopefully we all get a few Royals this trip, I know I am due one. My last one was that Royal during the contest at Wynn... unfortunatly is was on a 2-cent machine:grrr:

I think i"ve got about $40K in W2's from vegas again this year already. you cum-bubble-poppers might have to step up to $2 DDB and get some blood in the water before the sharks start biting.

If we were playing the $2 level and hit a premium 4 oak or Royal you would go on a terror and plunge your bills into a $25 machine and hit AAAA2... bastard:wink2:

Well sorry to all my Vegas buddies out there. I had concocted a plan to leave work two hours early today, switch flights, and grab a free room tonight. All was lined up except for informing the gf.

So......I guess I am not going tonight and I am going tomorrow as previously planned. Enuff said there.

For some reason she felt three days gambling and drinking by myself was plenty and a fourth was not required.

Arggggg. Only would have cost $40 to switch. Oh well. Increases budget for the three days right.

I also tried to say if I couldn't do four days on this one I could crash Beejays trip in August. Ya. That went well.

Apparently 4 trips in two months is being considered excessive.

It was hard to argue everyone but I gave it a hell of a shot!

And as a warm up on Tuesday I hit quad 3s and two other sets of quads at a local casino as a sign of things to come!

    man that is BRUTAL!

the worst part is, the more you get smacked down the more you are going to want and need vegas trips. I believe a quote from one Jedi's twin sister is in order...

"....The more you tighten your grip, the more star systems will slip between your fingers Lord Vader...."

Perhaps you should have told her you were on a diplomatic mission to Alderan.:evillaugh

Ha, love the report on the trying to sway the argument to the extra day. I've been working on my wife for my November trip this year, the fourth of the year, and she's not thrilled about it. It doesn't help that if I go out there I only find it justified with 5 or 6 nights for the price of the flight. Oh well, she didn't have much leg to stand on though for the November trip, I took a job a couple years ago working from home rather then travelling and made sure to negotiate at the time a trip every fall to Vegas in the exchange.

Have a great trip though, excited to hear about how it goes.

do I have to fly out there and get this f'n Trip Report started or what?!?!?

It is your sole responsibilty as a Canadian Northern Neighbor of mine to provide me entertainment via this trip report this weekend. Don't be so selfish with your insistance on "doing what you want" every minute of your whole vacation!!!

You should know I am at home babysitting 4 children while my wife is at the spa being "rubbed down" by Sven the Swedish Masseuse. Ok 3 human kids and one bottle of Grey Goose. Guess which one I am really coddling?:evillaugh

I guess I'd better add a swim suit shot for motivation, well I'll just email you the link.

Yeah, I hear what you're saying about flying out a day early. I could save $60 bucks on my flight plus have 24 hours solo before my beauty and my Entourage show up(jk). All I can think about is how fun a night Downtown would be, and I might even have to steal a saying from you BeeJay. If you hear a drunk 30 year old screaming hookers and blow it is I. Have a great time and take some pictures, I love pictures.
